Casa Azul is a 3 bed/2 bath canal home that sleeps 9 and is located in the Sea Isle subdivision on the West end of Galveston Island. This beautiful new home is sure to please with its open concept floor plan and all new elegant furnishings. This home is located on a main canal leading to Galveston Bay. You can enjoy views of the canal from the covered deck as well as the living area. This Amazing kitchen is well equipped for the cook in your family. The master bedroom has a Queen bed & a private bath. Bedroom 2 has two Double beds. The kid’s room has a Pyramid Bunk, TV. & DVD player. This home is a must see, you will want to come back to again. Casa Azul is equipped with TV. Roku, cable, internet, central A/C & Heat, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, two coffee makers (a regular & a Keurig), cabana shower, 9 deck chairs, two folding tables for outside eating or playing games (inside 2nd bedroom's closet), pack and play crib, for those of you who have babies, 8 foot long picnic table & a BBQ grill.

DIRECTIONS TO CASA AZUL: 45 south to 61st street and turn right. At Seawall turn right. Sea Isle is approximately 16 miles west and about 4 miles past Jamaica Beach. 2nd flashing light is Sea Isle. Right on San Jacinto Dr, Left on Burnet Dr, Right on Brewster Key. (3906 Brewster Key).

The community of Sea Isle offers a community pool, tennis courts, children's playground, boat launch, marina, convenience store, The SandBar and the West End Restaurant. Sea Isle is an ideal location for bay or surf fishing. Bird watching, like fishing, is an activity that can be enjoyed all year long.

Swimming Pool – A beautiful outdoor pool, in a picturesque setting, is available for your use for a nominal fee. The pool, totally rebuilt and refurbished in 2005 with a state-of-the-art filtration system, ranges from 3.5' to 9' deep. A separate kiddy pool is also available. The pool is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday during May, and is open daily from May 25th through September. The pool remains open in October on a limited basis. Pool hours are 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M., weather and daylight permitting.

Boat Launch – There are two private boat launch ramps with turning basins and navigation channels extending into West Galveston Bay. Fish cleaning stations are located adjacent to the ramps. A public ramp is also available at the marina. It is a brief 20 minutes by boat to San Luis Pass and the Gulf of Mexico.

Tennis Court – The tennis court is open all year.

Park and Pavilion – Milton Pines Park and Pavilion is located at the center of Sea Isle next to Fire Station #8. The Park and Pavilion are open during daylight hours and may be reserved for special events.

Other Activities

On site activities include a public pool, tennis courts, playground, marina, fishing & boat ramp in walking distance, The West End Restaurant, The Sand Bar, The Ice House, & The West End Marina, all located in subdivision. Located nearby on Galveston Island Seawall in a family friendly environment - Putt Putt Golf, Bungee Jump, Movie Theater, Moody Gardens Golf Course. Moody Gardens is close by and offers The Rainforest Cafe, Pyramid, IMAX 3D Theater, Palm Beach, Discovery Museum, Ridefilm Theater and the Aquarium Pyramid, Schlitterbahn site is also 15 minutes away. Nearby Galveston Island Strand and Historic District offers unique shops, upscale seafood restaurants, and art galleries.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home and great location. We were able to walk to the Marina for dinner and just a short distance to drive to the beach. The owner was easy to deal with. My only suggestion would be to have fishing poles etc. on site. Some other homes in the same price range have fishing poles, crab traps, and paddle boats available for use.

Property was nice.

The owner harassed us & my mom all nite and I didn't like the fact that we had to check out so early. The owner was terrible. Neva again

Owner's Response: Wow. Where do we begin? This was a last minute reservation, where Debione Renfro accepted our contract, even though both our website & the rental agreement he accepted clearly states that we don't rent to anybody under 25. We almost didn't let him stay but when we talked to his mother, she assured us that she was staying with his son & his friends at out home & that we had nothing to worry about. Guess what? The mother didn't stay with them overnight. She allowed under age drinking. And she allowed more people beyond the max occupancy of 9. We had also mentioned to her that we don't allow big parties at our house. Yet, the security system shows doors opening and people on the driveway at 1,2,3,4,5,6 o'clock in the morning. We ended up having to drive to Galveston Sunday morning, only to find out that the master bedroom duvet was missing, 2 towels were burned and 2 decorative candles used. And the kids just said, well it is only a "comforter" or only a "towel". And what Debione calls harassing is us calling his mother after he didn't answer his phone and that's when we found out that the mother hadn't been forthcoming about supervising the kids & staying with them. Check-out was at eleven, something we had stated via email when the reservation was made and in his rental agreement and email afterwards. So, why is he acting as if it was a surprise, we don.t know. Needless to say, we told both mother and son that they are not welcomed back at our property. The disrespect they showed to us & our property is unbelievable.

Beautiful and comfortable get away!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very well laid out and has plenty of room! The beds are super comfy! Easy access to everything in the neighborhood. We were within walking distance from the Marina, which had a little store, a restaurant and bait shop! Loved that we could sit outside and cook and enjoy the nice breeze in the evening. I cannot wait to stay again and hopefully this time without kids!
