About the owner: We are a married couple with two school age children, we live in Crewe but having been coming to Devon form many years and have made lots of friends, it would be our intention to retire in this area, but in the meantime we use our holiday house for ourselves at various times of the year for holidays and just visiting friends.

We wanted a property that was accessible for a number of activities, from here we can walk along the flat sea front, and into the town, catch the train to Exeter or along the coast or get the bikes out and cycle along the estuary, for us it has always been very relaxing.
