a. Pets are not permitted in rental units unless specifically approved along with $45 pet fee.

c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled
dishes are placed in the dishwasher.
d. All keys are left according to instructions.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. No linens are lost or damaged.
g. NO late check-out (extensions may be granted for an hourly fee)
h. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age
unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

Cozy & Comfy
Great look and very comfy!! Perfect for this thanksgiving getaway. A bit tight for a family of four but we made it work.
Cute, clean, easy location!
We enjoyed our stay at Cora Flats. Perfect for two couples. The house was clean and quiet, with the exception of some noise from the nearby train yard. Walking distance (less than half mile) to a few cafes and bars, easy Uber to Division and Downtown. Check-in/check-out were very simple.
We were pretty much only at the home to sleep but it was gorgeous, the shower was heavenly, and the beds were super comfortable. Would definitely recommend and rebook!
Overall a good place
The house was great. Really more for 4 people rather than the 5 we had. Great yard for pets. Felt very secure. Neighborhood is next to an industrial area so a little noisy at 5 am. Walking distance to public transportation. A little glitch with the cleaning people not getting in until our arrival but doubt that it is an event that is repeated.
Exactly as pictured and very comfortable
Besides some small misunderstandings with the owner in the very beginning this rental was all that we had hoped it would be. The neighborhood seemed very friendly and even though there was a warehouse close by; the noise level is what one would expect in the city. I am from a small town where road noise is minimal and I was able to sleep through any noise there was outside. The one issue we had was getting the house to a comfortable temperature. Obviously the owners want to keep the utility bills to a minimum, but it was very warm in the house when we arrived and took several hours to cool off. Future renters might want to request that the AC be turned on prior to arrival. The patio area was very nice and the kitchen was well stocked.
I would pass....
This unit is in an industrial zone and very noisy. Trucks coming and going A LOT! In addition, there is a smell inside of the home. I booked for 2 days, and only stayed one....
This was a very challenging and demanding guest. We have hosted for nearly ten years with great reviews and I know we can't please everyone, but we go out of way to satisfy all guests needs as best we can.
He may be better suited at a hotel where there is 24 service rather than experiencing a city neighborhood.
He is a guest I would not recommend to other hosts.
