Classic white marble tile with claw foot tub with stand alone shower. Master bath features granite floors, and designer double sinks/cabinets. You'll feel like you've walked right into the pages of Metropolitan Home, Elle Decor, & Dwell.

Bright, spacious flat with two porches. Side patio leads to private stone courtyard & grill. Grounds are landscaped with lush, year around flora. Private courtyard is quiet & shaded for ideal late night Summer relaxation!

Large 250 sf basement with two single beds for additional accommodations- NOT a true bedroom, (no regress window) and may be a little 'rough' for some. Additional pull out single beds available for the main floor as well.

Washer & Dryer & high speed Wifi included.

Communication is key in this business & we take the time to provide everything you need to enjoy your time in Portland.

CONDITIONS

a. Pets are not permitted in rental units unless specifically approved along with $45 pet fee.

b. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.

c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled

dishes are placed in the dishwasher.

d. All keys are left according to instructions.

e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.

f. No linens are lost or damaged.

g. NO late check-out (extensions may be granted for an hourly fee)

h. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age

unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

Great Place!

The pictures were spot on. We had a party of four with our dog, who was able to be outside in the enclosed patio. The kitchen has everything we need, plus we used the grill.

It was walkable to a nice coffee shop, and a few restaurants. We even took a short walk to pick up the light rail into the city. Overall, it was a great experience and we look forward to coming back.

Cute, eclectic and nicely updated but location is not ideal.

It's a long review! This is a cute property with updates and fun, eclectic touches. Having a fenced yard is also nice with dogs. The rental is thoughtfully well-stocked and was clean when we arrived. We were able to leave the kitchen side door open so our dogs could come and go. We had one heart-stopping incident when the maintenance person showed up, didn't knock on the front door to see if anyone was there, but did open the padlocked side yard gate and leave it wide open. I was walking back from the warehouse after verifying it's a 24 hour space, saw the open gate and got there just in time to intercept our tiny dog from making an escape. My husband was inside watching TV and the kitchen door was open so the dogs could be in or out. I asked the guy what he was doing and he said he had NO idea there were guests or dogs...he was a little shaken. I did suggest that he knock next time. We never leave our dogs in a yard or house when we're gone. This could have been awful if we'd both been in the house and unaware of the gate being open. The street on the west side of the house has regular big truck and neighborhood traffic.

I would give this property a 5 star except for the following: Location and it is not disclosed in the VRBO ad that this is a Duplex with a shared bedroom wall. Not until you receive access instructions are you cautioned to be quiet in the main floor bedroom and told it's a duplex. I think there should be full disclosure when advertising a property on VRBO. We could hear people in the neighboring unit, but it wasn't a problem.

I'm a Portland native and grew up in both the SE and NE urban neighborhoods. I just moved away from Portland this year. This property is not urban, its industrial/urban. The duplex is located directly next to a 24 hour FLEX warehouse space. Be prepared to listen to large trucks backing up to the bay doors, using their mandatory back-up beepers at all hours of the day and night. Two of our four night stay we woke up to truck beeps at 3:00am which lasted until 4:30am. It's also next to a freight rail line.

This is also not the Hawthorne District. It's the Creston-Kennilworth neighborhood. Which runs up to the Clinton District, then the Division Street District and THEN the Hawthorne District. There are some fun and delicious food places to visit within walking distance to the Cora house if you walk over a block or so to SE Gladstone and head east.

Bring ear plugs if you stay. :)

Great property, all the amenities you need. It's easy to access although it's across the bridge city

Very clean and maintained inside. We didn't use the backyard area. There's a washer and dryer which is helpful and the rooms are a good size. The living room and kitchen are comfortable. A great retreat.

Excellent experience! Great location and lush patio made it perfect for our weekend getaway

My husband and I booked a last minute trip to Portland and David was very kind to accommodate us at such a late hour. We found everything to be very clean and in tip top condition. This was a great location for accessing both downtown/SE and the neighborhood had a fun vibe to it despite being close to some light warehouses. We enjoyed the regular bike/pedestrian traffic and found the location quiet. For us, Cora flats was a nice value considering the high quality finishes and furnishings. Best of all due to the fabulous weather, we got to grill out and spend lots of time in the charming patio which proved to be very private. Thanks again David for the stay and all your help, Shar
