Amazingly beautiful but really needs new mattresses!

It was a beautiful stay. Condo was nice only complaint was beds are broke down from multiple people sleeping on them could really use new mattresses ! We didn’t sleep much.

Many thanks to guests like you for bringing things to my attention. Once I knew of the issues, I quickly get them resolved and items replaced. I want all my guests to enjoy their stay.

Great condo!

Condo was clean and spacious as advertised. Our family of 5 had more than enough space for our stay as well as plenty of storage for our luggage. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to dine in with ease. The unit is steps from the elevator. When asking our kids if they were bothered by that (they slept in the bedrooms closest to the entrance), they said they were not bothered at all. Other guest seemed very respectful, no loud noises or parties nearby. Parking was a breeze, although the spaces were a bit narrow. We were able to park on the bottom floor all week. As others have suggested, parking on the first floor is preferable to be able to catch an elevator before it fills up. The wait for the elevator can be fairly long at times. Saturday mornings and afternoons seem to be the busiest times with guests moving in and out from a week's stay. I'd estimate my typical wait to be 5 minutes but 10-15 minutes during peak hours. The patio was great! The location on the beach was fantastic! Next door is Sea n Suds. There's also a beach rental service right there (beach chairs/umbrellas, kayaks, banana boats, etc). I highly recommend this condo!

Great condo!

We really enjoyed the condo and the Sea wind's amenities. The balcony was large and provided our group great views. Jenny was very responsive to our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location On The Gulf

The condo was exactly as pictured and the weather was perfect for our stay. Jenny was easy to communicate with also. Really enjoyed the included beach items like umbrellas and chairs that were in the condo for our beach enjoyment. Elevators were not a problem for our April stay.
