About Sue Jerovsek
Owners of this unit live in Michigan and have traveled to the Naples area for many years. At some point they hope to spend even more time in paradise, but until then, they are willing to share this fantastic property with other Naples visitors.

Why Sue Jerovsek chose Park Shore
We selected the Savoy for many reasons including the beautiful private beaches and the resort-style atmosphere. We specifically chose unit #204 because it is very bright and spacious - over 2000 sq. ft. of living space including the lanai. The southwest view from the lanai overlooks a gorgeous park, and the beach.
What makes this Condo unique
Originally built in the 1980's, #204 was in need of a little TLC upon purchase. We spent the summer months of 2014 completely renovating the unit including a new kitchen, den, flooring, bathroom upgrades and more!

Very Nice Condo
My family has stayed at this condo in 2015 and 2016 and will continue to return. It's recently upgraded, beautiful, and well maintained. The owners are pleasant to deal with and very responsive. They continue to tweek the condo in order to keep it right up-to-date. This condo and location is an absolutely great place to rest and relax; it is truly paradise. Shopping in Naples is very good. It is also a short 1.5 hour drive to Miami.
Great area, perfect spot...
My wife and I stayed in this stylishly modern condo. The set up of this place is A+, especially if your planning on having guests (bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living quarters). Most rentals are dated and older. This place is new and beautiful. It's close to some great restaurants and closer to the beach! My wife and I plan on renting this unit again. Enjoy!
Several activities are within a five minute walk, including shopping, dining, boat rental, fishing bait, bicycle paths, walking paths, tennis courts, and shelling. Within a 5 minute drive, you'll find kayak rental, stand-up paddle boards and other beach entertainment options at a park called Clam Pass.

The Savoy Owners Association must approve ALL renters so rental will not finalized until this approval takes place. First time renters are required to submit TWO letters of reference to at least two months prior to rental. Lease contract and letters must be submitted at least one month prior to rental.
