My family and I have been coming to the island since the early 80's and have experienced the beautiful transformation of the island. We've spent considerable time here and decided to finally make it a vacation home. We've traveled to all parts of the state and feel that Marco is the best in FL! It truly is paradise!

We were very pleased with the unit as it was exactly as described. Owner was very pleasant and responsive to all our questions. Condo was very clean and updated. You can tell the unit was recently renovated which made the stay enjoyable. Location is ideal! Directly across from the beach pathway and walking distance to the major hotels. We will return!
Marco Summer Family Vacation
Couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay in this beautiful unit. Just as described, located directly across the street from the beach access and close to many restaurants. Not only was the kitchen fully updated, the baths were as well. Unit really felt like home away from home during our stay. Owner & Property manager very accomodating and professional. Plan to book next years vacation in same unit if available.
We've been coming to Marco for over 15 years and stayed in quite a few condos; most condos are dated and stuck in the 80s so we were very pleased with this unit as it was exactly as described! Updated amenities with all beach gear. The unit was nicely decorated with upgrades to kitchen and bathrooms. Complex was very quiet with heated pool and nicely manicured grounds with tennis courts! In addition, the unit is located directly across from the beach path which made quick trips back and forth very convenient. Great location.... next to Marriott and walking distance for shops.... highly recommend!
Mutiny of Marco Mid March week with Teens
We will be sad to depart tomorrow! Unit was very clean, up to date and exactly as described. As frequent VRBO property renters, we were especially impressed with all of the extras in the unit that made it easy to make it work like home. The kitchen lacked nothing for cooking meals; never have we rented a unit and found graters and garlic presses and salad spinners, not to mention all the pots and pans and even cookie sheets! It gets costly to keep 2 adults and 2 teens fed for a week - and restaurants near SW FL beach areas don't come cheap! Also had more than enough towels and starter quantities of TP and paper towels, coffee filters, etc.
Another GREAT thing about the unit is the proximity to the Public Beach access. There are only 4 "Public" access points on the 6 miles of beautiful beach here. There is not much parking (even of the paid variety) to get close to the four public paths. This complex really is across the beach from a great walkway! The unit had a couple really nice beach chairs and a cooler for us to use and it was easy to cross S Collier at a light and head to the sand. Beach is CLEAN and wide and easy to use. Just a little ways down is the Marriott where they are renting water sports equip, etc, if you want that. One thing that was a bit odd was lack of trash cans or any public restrooms, but it did look like you could walk up to some of the big property bars and maybe get a drink and use facilities near their beach access. The condo complex has a nice pool with lounge chairs that were never in short supply during our stay. Grounds and common areas VERY well maintained. We did not use the grill but it looked clean and new. Screen porch off family room was great place to relax and easily dine for the four in our party. It overlooks pool.
Marco is an upscale island; lots of retires and everything is done well. PUBLIX and Winn Dixie are close by for shopping. We had GREAT pizza that we picked up at Island Pizza and Deli, just up Collier a few blocks. rented bikes from Island Adventures ( cheaper than the the busier and more well known Island Bikes/Scooter place). The cruiser style is perfect for the flat island paths and walks. No need to pay more for gears. We rode two hours with ease. Took a trip to Naples one day too. thought the water taxi was great!
Would return here hands down. Perfect location and unit was excellent. Really comfortable giving it a good review.
