Open living area/dining area/breakfast area/kitchen. Home has been updated and renovated. Can easily sleep 6 with 3 beds and 2 additional on the 2 separate couches in den and living room. The split bedroom floor plan is great for that little bit of extra privacy.
Super convenient to all of Nashville. Hardly anything is more than 15 minutes away including Opryland, downtown, West End, Vanderbilt and Belmont. The Fairgrounds, Berry Hill, and Vanderbilt at 100 Oaks are only minutes away. The airport is 10 minutes away as well.
Large 1 acre lot where the home sits privately down off the road. There is off street parking right at the door. The drive is a semi-circle with separate entry and exit ways. There is a carport attached to the home but I occasionally do have some cars under it but happy to move them if you'd like to use it. I must warn that the carport is a little tight on entry and exit if you do use.
I do have a "tiny house" out back that I will be staying in if I happen to be in town. I won't be coming into the main house whatsoever unless you need me for something. I don't like to interfere with your stay. You would only see me coming or going or if I happen to be outside cleaning a car or something.
