Reviewer Comments:

Great location to downtown Nashville. We had one of the back units and didn't hear any noise along the street. The unit was clean and amenities were as expected, however, the unit could use a fresh coat of paint. FYI, the window view that is shown in the picture did not lead to an outdoor area, but an indoor area with sky lights. I would return to this unit if I'm ever in Nashville again.

The property manager was very helpful.

The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.

I was very happy with the location.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:

You should know that the "bedroom" downstairs with two twin beds is not a closed off room and the "beds" are more cot-like with squeaky springs. There are no closets on the first floor at all that are accessible to guests as the owner locked them all. The only ONE closet is upstairs and it is a utility closet. This made it extremely inconvenient for two of us to not be able to hang our clothes or even put them in drawers downstairs. Therefore, our hanging items were draped over the dining room chairs and suitcases open on the living room floor! It rained one day, so there was nowhere to hang our wet jackets and umbrellas. There were areas in the unit where the walls were damaged, patched, and not painted and I mean BIG areas - in the downstairs bathroom about 8 inches in diameter where there had been a decorative mirror (one of three) and over the bar. It made the unit feel slum like. The building is an old building and has a very musty odor, however, it IS conveniently located and away from Broadway and secure. The only windows in the unit are in the living room and they do not open, which seemed to be a dangerous situation if there were a fire and no escape. The lighting in the rooms was terrible - especially in the downstairs bathroom. We ended up switching them with the extremely bright bulbs in the kitchen and switched them back upon check out. I have addressed these issues with the manager and asked that she inform the owner that we did not feel welcome there. Hopefully, the walls will be painted where needed and at least one closet downstairs will be unlocked. The "bedroom" downstairs is not a real bedroom as there is no door and no closet and the cots are very uncomfortable. We will not stay there again.

Reviewer Comments:

great location, plenty of room, for 4 women. Some minor maintenance issues (drywall patched in bathroom, but not painted, exhaust vent in the upstairs bath was filthy). Only other issue we had was getting in on the first day, the key code we were given was wrong, but we called the after hours number & a kind, professional man got us in quickly with a new code. Felt very safe with the locked entry to the building. Very quiet even in the heart of all the action.

Reviewer Comments:

The location is very convenient close to Broadway so we like that. The only thing that we were led to believe was that there was a washer and dryer in the unit but it is not it is in the basement. However the staff was very nice and they brought us extra towels so that we wouldn't have to do any laundry.

Reviewer Comments:

This place was in a great location, very close to Broadway and all of the action you want when visiting Nashville! The building itself and the apartment could use some TLC. The apartment was fairly clean, but run down. (Paint was chipped and scuff marks all over the walls, baseboards, etc.) And there was very minimal light with no outside windows, especially since a number of light bulbs were burnt out. If you're looking for just a place to crash while you're in Nashville, this spot is perfect. It's affordable and a great location. However, if you're looking to open time in your apartment cooking, relaxing, etc. I wouldn't recommend it.
