Loved our time there
Only draw back was difficulty getting to beach in high tide.
Very strict rules for your stay,I.e. having to wash your towels before you leave or $100 fine to mov
A fine if you move furniture. But a great location and pleasant quirky little house well equipped.
We enjoyed our stay.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write us a review. We did want to mention that these rules rarely apply to our guests because "normal wear & tear" is excluded. It is really a way for us to discourage parties & events at the property & in the past 10 years we have never once charged any guests these fees. We do ask, if possible, that our guests start a load of towels in the washing machine but have never charged a guest for not doing so. We have been so blessed with wonderful guests who always leave the home in good order & we really appreciate it.
Wonderful, relaxed home with private beach!
Great time for a family Christmas. Beach walks everyday with games and cheer! The neighbors were happy to have us in a private beach community, which made it feel like home.
The house has an interesting aesthetic - which may not be for everyone looking for new, high-end accommodations. However, if you're interested in a relaxed beach house with a slightly worn-in, homey feel, then this is a great place for you.
