A Deposit is required upon booking. A Damage Deposit of $1000.00 in the form of a valid, signed, pre-authorized credit card voucher is required upon check in. A week is from Saturday (3:30pm) to Saturday (10:00am). All properties are to be left as found (i.e. clean). The remainder is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa or Master Card for payments.
