Come relax and enjoy the luxury of this gorgeous european style, beach cottage decorated town home in Oceanside, California. We outfitted our property to give you all the conveniences and comforts of home so you can experience the bliss of a beach vacation with ease.

Our property is 4 floors, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 7 in beds. On the first floor is a 2 car garage, entry way with beach storage and washroom complete with sink, washer and dryer. Climb the stunning spiral staircase to the second floor where you are invited into the fresh, cozy common space of the house.

In the living room, there are two sofas- one is a queen sleeper, the other a twin sleeper. A raised kitchen table plus the kitchen bar seat 8. For TV viewing an impressive 50 inch LG LED HD TV sits with a smart player for all of your Pandora and Netflix needs. To check out of technology, a quiet reading corner with chair, lamp, and bookshelf wait.

On the second floor you will also find the kitchen. With travertine floors, granite marble countertops, stainless steel appliances and fully stocked cabinets and drawers, coffee maker, blender, crock pot- you name it- all of your cooking needs are sure to be met.

Bedrooms on the third floor feature queen size beds. Each room comes with bathroom, closets, dressers, nightstands, and stunning views of the beach and the pier. Also included in bedrooms are mounted flat screen HD/LED TV's. Towels and linens provided.

The fourth and final floor boasts the grandview of Oceanside from the rooftop deck. We want you to have fun in the sun, which is why we provide an extra set of deck dishes, flat ware and cups. Sit at our lovely picnic table for meals, grill at the barbecue or enjoy pull up a chair to bask in the warmth of the fire pit all while enjoying the paradise of the Pacific Ocean right before your eyes.

The house is secured with locks and key code entry. Guests receive the code, a key, and a garage door opener. To get to the beach, take a short walk across the street and down the steps at Tyson Street Park, where you may be able to join a fitness or outdoor yoga class! Downtown Oceanside is just a few blocks away.

What makes this townhome unique

It was the vast ocean views from the bedroom window that got us. Things like the unique spiral staircase, the warmth of the home, and the stunning panorama from upstairs told us that this was the place!

Amazing Place....

Nothing but 5 stars for this gem! Perfect location and the rooftop patio had the most incredible views. Perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, or nighttime glass of wine! Living space was spacious and clean. Awesome kitchen, and we loved having three bathrooms to give everyone plenty of space. Will definitely consider this place next year.

Amazing place, with beautiful views!

My family and I truly enjoyed this property. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and more provided for the beach was an awesome feature. Two car garage was perfect for the two vehicles we had. Linens were clean and ready for use. Rooftop BBQ was nice and showed beautiful views! Owners were easy to get ahold of when we experienced a question or problem. Beach was a short walk to get access, as well as the stores and a movie theater. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely rent here again!

Lovely Ocean view! Clean! Home away from home feeling!

This was an amazing place to stay. We loved sitting out on the roof top patio looking out over the ocean and watching the sunset. We will definitely want to stay here again the next time we come to Southern California!!

Wonderful place to stay

The townhome was clean and very well maintained. Additionally, the property management company was very responsive to any questions we had. The location was fantastic - a short walk to the beach, close to town and restaurants, and close to LegoLand (car required) of which our family visited twice. Best features: well maintained, clean, roof top deck with BBQ & fire pit and amazing views, location for beach & family fun. What could be better: as noted in previous reviews, the train is very close by and impacts all homes in this area - a white noise maker and earplugs could help for those not accustomed to the whistles of trains at night, parking is tight (small cars only noted in the description) - if you are not comfortable parking your car in the garage, the street parking is metered and free from 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (bring quarters if you want to park during the day) or use the parking at the nearby SpringHill Suites hotel (this is $26 per day).

We LOVED our stay here! The home was exactly how we imagined it was going to be! There wasn't any unpleasant surprises, which made for a very enjoyable time! It was clean upon arrival and it's definitely been maintained.

It was well stocked of everything we could have possibly needed for the beach, especially with kids (Umbrella, toys, chairs, towels). The washer and dryer was seriously a great perk for us! The garage was a tight squeeze, and I wish they just made one garage door, to make it easier to park, but again we fit ok with a small SUV.

I can't say enough positive things about the staff! They were seriously on-point with everything, and it was such a smooth experience from booking to checking out. I appreciated the fast response time with all our questions. If there was something that we needed (booster seat, pack in play) they had it there for us upon arrival.

We loved the area, especially for kids! It wasn't ever over-crowded when we were there, even on the weekends. Restaurants and shops were close by! It was a quick 2-5 minute walk to the beach. They had play areas for our 3 year which I can't say how awesome it was! It was a very family friendly area, compared to where we have stayed in the past. Very refreshing. However I will say, you can hear the train, and if your windows are open it could be loud at times, but my toddler absolutely loved it! Win Win for us! It never bothered us though.

If I had to give a recommendation, I would say maybe providing a wagon of some sort, to put all the beach stuff in. We used our stroller, and it worked just fine as well!

Overall, LOVED our time there, and if we do go back to Oceanside, we would definitely stay there again!!!!

Can't beat the location!

I stayed for three nights with family and friends and had a GREAT time. Being a 5 minute walk away from the beach was fantastic, and hearing the waves through the night was a highlight.

The five of us were happy with the place the entire time. Both rooms were generously sized, all three bathroom spaces more than what we needed. The couch was comfortable as well and the living space and kitchen well designed for very comfortable down time. The roof top deck was a nice feature, too. Having boogie boards, chairs, and a beach umbrella available was a nice and unexpected perk that made the stay that much better.

Aside from the physical location, the hosts were tremendous. When I messaged asking about beach towels, I got a response within 5 minutes - and an offer to bring more by if needed.

I can't recommend this property highlgy enough. Thanks again to the Ocean Villas team for making our stay so great!

Take an hour drive to lovely Julian for their infamous apple pies and ciders. San Diego's greatest attractions are not far either including Sea World, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Wild Animal Park, and Legoland. For culture lovers, downtown is less than 45 minutes away where you have access to local music and foodie spots, sports arenas and the Gaslamp. San Diego county offers it all, and Oceanside is our choice of where to enjoy it from :)
