Luxurious and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo. This unit is beautifully furnished and has direct patio access from the living room and 3 bedrooms, all with an ocean view. All 4 bedrooms have HD LED TV's. Master bedroom has a King size 'Adjustable Tumpur-Pedic' bed with a large private master bath and large walk-in closets. 2 guest bedrooms also have Queen size beds with large walk-in closets. 4th guest bedroom has 2 twin bed with space for setting up an additional inflatable queen size bed. The living room has an electric fireplace with a large 60' Samsung LED TV. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Unit is also equipped with a Play Pin, high-chair and toys (Upon Request). Extra bedding and beach towels.

So beautiful!

Checking in was a little chaotic(Spring Break). Once we were in the condo we were in heaven. Plenty of space for 2 families(9 people). Peggy was very nice and easy to work with. Condo is gorgeous and has everything you will need and more. Only complaint, very minor, was the sliding glass door from living area is very hard to open. Very clean and building is private and secure. Can't wait to go back and enjoy this place again. Wonderful vacation spot!

Our favorite beach home....

This is our second time in 702, third time renting from Mr. Ogburn, and our 6th stay at Ocean Vistas!!!!! This complex is clean, secure, and luxurious!! Gourmet kitchens, beautifully decorated.....and spacious. Mr. Ogburn is available and goes out of his way to make sure our stay is extraordinary! We just can't stay away!!

Wonderful time and condo

This condo is absolutely beautiful. Very large and enough room for the 9 people we had there--everyone had their own space. Would recommend this unit for anyone who needs 4 bedrooms. The building itself in also gorgeous. Would go back again next time.

Best family vacation spot

This was our second year in this unit (702). Although our daughter owns a smaller unit in this same building which we use during the year when it is not rented, for our family vacation we prefer the large 4 Br unit. The spaces are all very comfortable and both, the unit and the building are very well maintained. Access to the beach is perfect and we enjoy the wide expanse the low tide affords. We ride the bicycles, play games, take long walks and enjoy the water, body boarding and paddle boarding.

Many amenities are conveniently close, like supermarkets, miniature golf and hardware store. Everything at your fingertips and although we eat most meals at home there are plenty of good places to eat close by.

Brannon and Edilane, the Unit managers, really go out of their way to make sure everything works and we have actually become good friends over the course of the last year. They are always ready to lend a hand or to give us very good advice on what to do.

This year we took the kids to the Canopy trekking at the Brevard Zoo and a day at the Daytona Lagoon to provide some variety for a 2 week vacation.

We expect to be coming back over and over, year after year.

Thank you Brannon and Edilane for making everything perfect for our family vacation.

Wonderful place to stay - but way too many rules!

Our stay was extremely enjoyable, clean and comfortable. The accommodations were top self all the way and I would be hard pressed to say how they could have been nicer! It is a great convenience to have access to the in-unit washer and dryer. The manager was able to locate a high chair and a pack and play for the infant that was with our party, which we really appreciated.

Now for the enforcement of the HOA rules: We selected a 4 bedroom unit and filled out our application with information accordingly - that there would be 4 couples with 4 cars. At no time prior to arrival were we told that we could only park 2 of them there. The front desk must have known that all of them were in the parking garage - which was only about half occupied, and then told us that we would need to move 2 of them. We advised them that after unpacking the luggage [with lots of baby travel necessities] we would do so. I guess that didn't happen fast enough because we walked down just as the tow truck arrived to remove the car, which was an unpleasant experience and an unplanned expense. The woman at the front desk is unhelpful and unfriendly. Another rule taken a bit too seriously was the requirement for shirt and shoes. This is even enforced when you walk 10 feet from the pool area to the rest room [which is in the parking garage]. The attendant did "let you slide" as long as you knew that you were in violation. The only other comment I have is that there should be extra fobs so that people can come go as they please. We were issued only 3 fobs for 8 adults so we had to plan carefully to make sure everyone had access to the building, parking lot and room.

Owner's Response: We apologize that your stay in unit 702 at Ocean Vistas was not as pleasant as expected. Ocean Vistas is a premiere property that maintains the elegance of a high end beachfront condo. This image is maintained because owners and Ocean Vistas staff ask guests to follow our HOA rules that we must ALL ABIDE by (Owners and Guests). Many of our guests do run into initial issues that are quickly pointed out if not followed, like when they do not wear shirts and sandals when entering the building." At all times we mention that Ocean Vistas is a "Private Residence" and not a HOTEL. With many high-end properties and hotels each has expectations of higher standards with regards to the "Rules and regulations" that one would expect from a 5-Star property. Ocean Vistas is a unique property whereas guests of the owners (Renters) are not treated differently. Our bylaws clearly state that you have the same rights of the owners. This also means that all must follow the same policies. We apologize for any unpleasant experiences you may have encountered but are extremely happy to hear that you did enjoy our property and our unit here at Ocean Vistas and hope you will return again... Thanks
