About Sharon George

We live in Paso Robles and just love this town and the surrounding central coast cities. Buying and restoring Sixteen Olives gives us the opportunity to share our community with others. We truly hope you will enjoy every moment of your stay and come back and visit often.

Sharon George purchased this house in 2013

Why Sharon George chose Central Coast

We just fell in love with this classic 1924 California Craftsman Bungalow sitting on a quiet corner with the inviting front porch and just a few short blocks from downtown.

What makes this house unique

Location on a shaded corner lot, ambiance, front porch, many original architectural details intact including hardwood( albeit squeaky) floors , built-ins, crown molding and more.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Sharon was a fantastic host. When she met us to give us the keys she was extremely accommodating with our hectic timing. The house was beautiful. It had everything one could need to stay there for an extended trip, without being cluttered or messy. The house was in lovely condition. The beds were extremely comfortable. This is the standard I wish for all rentals when I travel.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable.

  • 5 of 5

We came for the wine festival and enjoyed this house immensely. Close enough to downtown to walk it and far enough away to not hear any of the partying. We loved the front porch to sit at night and the size was perfect for 2 couples. Thank you Sharon!

16 Olives is a wonderful place to stay.

  • 5 of 5

Sharon met us at the property to show us around and gave us instructions on how to operate everything. There are many extras that some other properties don't provide - e.g., variety of Keurig coffee, condiments, assortment of bath products, and linens and towels. Everything was clean and charming about the property. We will definitely stay there again.

Worm and Cozy Bungalow

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay at Sixteen Olives. This recently remodeled craftsman bungalow is absolutely great!

It has a lot of original vintage charm, but also has all the modern amenities that one hopes to have for a comfortable stay.

The house is centrally located, close to downtown Paso Robles, and within a short drive to many of the great local wineries, and breweries.

We would not hesitate to stay at this charming house again on our future visits to this area....

Great property in the Heart of Paso Robles

  • 5 of 5

Beautifully renovated house in the heart of town. Plenty of room for lounging. The front porch was our hangout for coffee in the morning and adult beverages in the evening. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal including many different spices. The beds were quite comfortable and the showers had very good water pressure. Lots of charm in this one. Sharon met us upon arrival and showed us around and even made a personal phone call for us to a local winery to get us a special tasting because she knew someone. Very nice personal touch. Thanks for hosting a great mini vacation Sharon. Hope to see you again.
