Oceanfront unit on the water! The LOWER LEVEL unit sits on beach level, with an open kitchen, living room and dining room. The living/dining area opens right up to the oceanfront patio. Enjoy ocean views all day long in the gorgeous, luxury kitchen with granite counters and top of the line appliances including a Viking stove. The oceanfront patio has a BBQ, patio furniture, and your own private spa. Nothing was spared in this home, from the cookware and bakeware to the linens. There are 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! Come escape to luxury on the beach!

Not for people with limited mobility!

We are an extended family of 9 celebrating our father’s 90th birthday. My parents are elderly and needed a property with no stairs. I asked the property through the VRBO “ask questions” and “comment” site if the living room and the bedrooms were all on the same floor. I received no response and the photos looked like it was one level so I assumed it was. When we got there to park our car, the garage as VERY narrow with just a couple of inches to spare on either side for a standard sedan. There was an unmarked door in the garage and we assumed that was the entrance to the building. When our door code didn’t work, I tried multiple times to call the office but there was no cell service. I saw someone who happened to work for Beachfront properties, and he said the only access to the condo was through the side of the building down a narrow alley with multiple stairs! We could barely get my parents down there. No one needing wheelchair assistance can access this condo on the first floor. This was not clearly stated on the VRBO site. When we got into the apartment it was very hot and humid. Another reason I rented this particular property was that it clearly stated that it had “AC”. There was only one tiny wall unit AC in the living room, and only one of the 4 bedrooms had a window AC unit. All other bedrooms had NO AC! When I tried to call the office from inside the condo I could not get any cell phone connection. I had to dial outside the building to the office with very sporadic connection. There was no handbook inside the apartment with the wifi code or any instructions, and the portal had very limited information. Also the condo is very narrow with all the bedrooms and bathrooms in the back which you can only access through another short flight of stairs! When I finally got through the office and spoke to one of the property managers she was sympathetic, and although she couldn’t do anything about the stairs other than updating the VRBO listing, she told me they would try to bring another AC unit for one of the other bedrooms. When the maintenance man came to install one AC unit it could not be installed in any of the three bedrooms due to the window configuration. We had to open all the windows and patio doors, but there are no screens so we had a ton of flies and mosquitoes coming into the condo. Needless to say for high price of the rental, this property is not worth it.
