Our spacious 1,944 sq. ft. Tri-level Home is located on the West end in a small, quiet 10 Unit Complex with a Private Pool as well as an easy 0.2 mile walk to the beach! The 3rd Floor 630 sq. ft. Master Bedroom has a king bed, a large private bathroom and a walk-in closet in addition to a balcony with partial ocean/pool views! The 2nd Floor has a Spacious Living Room with a comfortable Queen Sofa Sleeper and a fully Equipped gourmet Kitchen. Located off the Living room you will find another balcony with a small Bistro Set and an even better view of the pool! A private bedroom and New Queen Pillow Top Mattress with an adjoining bathroom are also on this floor along with a full size Washer and Dryer in the Hallway. The first floor is set up like a Studio Apartment and has a Daybed and Trundle for 2 more Guests! The Studio also has a Kitchenette and a bathroom with walk-in shower. This floor has a back patio with a Bistro Set and Grill. The Private Pool for (Owners and Guests) is steps away from the front door of our Home!!

We purchased ~Our Home In Paradise~ because of the many memories that we have made vacationing on the 'Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches' and wanted to continue the tradition with Family and Friends. And we hope that one day we can retire and stay at the beach full time.

You can go 6 miles North on Hwy. 79 and take an Air Boat ride down the Inter-coastal Water Way and the Back Waters of West Bay. 6 miles to the West on Hwy.98 you can visit Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell. 8 miles East you can Explore St. Andrews State Park and take a Shell Island Shuttle in search of Sea Shells for Souvenirs! Also, 15 miles north is the dog track at Ebro.

Everything is as advertised. Pleasantly surprised
Check in is after4pm A group of 8 of us spent 1 week here. Drove up to a nice condo. Could park 2 cars in front. It is a one way drive. There are 2 bedrooms, one on the 2nd and another on the 3rd floor with their own bathrooms. First floor has two separate single beds with a kitchen and bathroom. All rooms are clean. Beds and pillows with full linen. A large open kitchen with dishes were stored in the cabinets. On the fridge were instructions for trash collection, furniture, laundry, and pool use. Oh yeah, forgot to mention a private pool for residents and guests of the condo. Outside on the first floor was a grill we used on our first day. Walking distance to the beach, about 10 minutes. There are chairs and beach towels available to take with you to the beach if you prefer. Also close to a CVS, a grocery store, and a British Pub (pasties!). Pier park is 5 minute drive from the condo. We did get access to use internet (with our laptop). Would like for this place to have a printer available (i.e. to print out plane tickets). Also, if using towels here, consider making time to make a load of towels washed morning of checkout. Checkout is 11 am. The owner of this property is readily available and is real good at responding to questions. Overall would recommend this place.
Loved the location. Away from the action but walking distance to it. It was nice to have my pick up just outside our door. The beds were really comfortable. The home was beautiful. Everything was spot on. We were sad to leave. Thanks for a great vacation!
This home is walking distance to the beach. Several places in very short walking distance; 1-2 blocks away. Many restaurants and shops within 2 miles. First floor studio is a great bonus and the third floor is very spacious. Home is stocked with what you need and no clutter or open items in the pantry and refrigerator. We rent approximately 6 properties per year. Of all my interactions with rentals this owner is by far the best at responding to request and questions. We had great vacation.
Comfort as advertised
Great place and great location. My family and enjoyed our Spring Break vacation even though we had a entire day get rained out. Because we chose such an awesome location that had everything we needed, every still had an excellent time.
El Centro Beach is centrally located within 5 miles of Gulf World Marine Park and within 1 mile of Pier Park and Frank Brown Park. These places offer plenty of fun and entertainment for all age groups! North 6 miles on Highway 79 you can go Air Boating and discover West Bay and the Inter-coastal Waterway. Go West 6 miles and you can visit beautiful Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell. Approximately 8 miles to the east you can visit St. Andrews State Park and take an excursion to Shell Island. And about 15 miles north is the dog track at Ebro. Our home is also in close proximity to Winn Dixie and CVS as well as the local Walmart and Target stores.

Check in is at 3:00 PM CST and Check out is at 11:00 AM CST. High speed internet (guest wifi) is provided. Our townhome is located near the intersection of Hwy 79 and Front Beach rd. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old....SOME Exceptions Property damage protection is available to purchase - $59 for $1500 or $79 for $3000 or $99 for $5000 If under 25 years old, $5000 damage policy is mandatory. Preferred changeover day is Saturday. Will look at requests on a case by case basis.
