This 3 bedroom, 2 bath offers a 4 poster king in the master, a 4 poster queen in one guests room, 2 sleigh bed twins in the other guest room. There is also a queen sized sofa sleeper to sleep 8.

New tile, new paint, new granite, new stainless, new furnishings, new everything to make this unit one of the nicest in the building! We offer weekly rentals from Sunday to Sunday during the summer.

I also manage the unit next door and 1 floor up if you have a larger group and need more units!

Absolutely Perfect Condo!

This unit has everything you need for a perfect vacation, including a Margarita machine! The decor is beautiful yet comfortable. We will definitely be planning another trip to Emerald Key 403!!!!!

Jackie is wonderful to work with an absolutely joy! The beach is beautiful! The condo is great being only a few floors never had to wait on the elevator and this was during spring break. Enough room for four adults and one child. Will be back soon!

This place was amazing, the condo was awesome, great location, not one negative thing to say!

Convenient to everything! The condo was recently remodeled and updated. The kitchen is super nice, even has a dishwasher, all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The balcony views are great and there is a dining set out there to eat if you'd like. Don't forget your beach towels, but everything else is there! Secure parking is nice, great pool area, and easy beach access.

Nice Condo but had several issues with plumbing, Electrical and HVAC

The condo itself was very nice and clean as well as being conveniently located to everything, but we had several problems that were an ongoing inconvenience during our stay, which is very disappointing since this condo would be ideal for our future stays since we travel there every year for baseball world series. When we arrived at the condo Saturday the condo was 80 degrees, we were informed by the cleaning lady that the condo was so hot due to the previous renters leaving all of the doors and windows open when the checked out and that she had just changed the filter and the condo would cool off shortly if we kept the doors and curtains shut. We did just that and the thermostat was set to 72 all day and the condo never cooled off to the point that we had to text the manager at 6pm because it was unbearable with the 100+ heat index. The manager advised me that it was a new unit but since it was the weekend she was trying to get a HVAC tech out there as soon as possible. the manager she was able to get a HVAC guy out to look at the unit around 9pm. The HVAC guy informed us that the unit needed to be replaced and that there was signs of mold in it but he was able to get it cleaned out and running for the time being, even though he was able to get the most of the unit to cool off the two guest rooms never seemed to cool off & stayed hot. Then on Sunday every time we tried to dry our hair it would cause the breaker to flip and lights to go out so we had to pretty much unplug everything in the master room to be able to dry our hair without flipping the breaker. Tuesday morning we were awoken by a maintenance man for the condo stating that the toilet in our guest bath was leaking into the condo below us and it had to be repaired to prevent more damage. So once again we were stuck in the condo waiting for repairs to be made since we did not feel comfortable leaving our belongings in the room with strangers coming in and out. Then last but not least Thursday morning we woke to the guest bed/bath floor being flooded by the toilet that was just repaired the day before. This resulting once again in us having to reschedule plans to make sure someone was in the room while the repairs were being made. We were disappointed in all of the pop ups that took place resulting in lost vacation time, but we were glad that the owner did act fast on the complaints as they were made. Just would have liked to see some kind of reimbursement or something offered for hassles

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. I am very happy that you enjoyed the unit and that if was clean and beautiful for you! Unfortunately, in the heat of the summer with the constant bookings, things do happen, especially with AC units and toilets. Those are the biggest issues in any unit. I am very happy to have been able to get the ac repaired that quickly! It was a pretty amazing accomplishment for a terribly busy Saturday night at 6 pm, but we pulled it off! I was unaware of the breaker issue. We have never had that problem and haven't since your stay? I will look into it though. As far as the toilet, again, we were completely unaware of any issues until we heard from the person below. I can assure you that our first priority is that are guest enjoy their stay to the fullest. Unfortunately, during your stay, it just seemed like a few things went wrong all at once. We always, have professional, insured, maintenance personnel that we work with and tell our guests that it is not necessary that they remain in the unit during any repairs as to not interrupt your vacation. As a matter of fact, we try to schedule any repairs that need immediate attention while the guests are out! I appreciate that you did recognize that these items were out of our control and that we did everything we could to remedy them as quickly as possible. Thank you, Jackie

Great condo!

Had a wonderful stay in mid-September. Very comfortable unit, great view, and convenient to all that we needed. Since this is a low density building, there were few people on the beach and in the pool. Wonderful! We're already thinking about next year's visit!
