An ideal retreat situated in the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, Antler House gives you access to a variety of all-season outdoor activities. With the Arnold Rim Trail, Calaveras Big Trees State Park, Bear Valley, Lake Alpine, the Stanislaus River and Mercer Caverns a few miles away, you will discover everything the Sierra's have to offer. Boasting one of the 'Top 10 Coolest Small Towns in America' as your neighbor, drive a short distance to Murphy's to experience quaint shopping, dining and 22 wine tasting rooms along with many unique annual festivals and concert venues.

Nestled in a pine forest this beautiful, custom, fully remodeled chalet provides privacy and comfort. Fully renovated in 2013, this 1600 sq. ft. two story is complimented with new furnishings and a modern décor. Inside are three bedrooms, two full baths, loft and recreation room. From the kitchen you can entertain guests and family in the adjacent open concept dining area. Floor to ceiling windows provide ample natural light into the great room where WiFI and cable is accessible.

Sleeping up to six comfortably, Antler House is ideal for a couple's weekend get-away or a small family of four. The two main floor bedrooms include a queen and full bed. Upstairs, you will find the queen bed and bath master suite with a king size tile shower. The loft is equipped with a sofa and is an ideal study/office area if the outside world summons you. Outside you can relax on a brand new deck equipped with outdoor gas grill. Downstairs the recreation room has a walk-out and includes a foosball table.

Ample parking available.
