My husband and I have lived in Ashland since 1995. Our children grew up hear and we have run our vacation rentals for over 20 years. Prior to Ashland, we spent 20 years in Hawaii. We enjoy providing comfortable, clean and user-friendly accommodations to our guests.
Corinne purchased this Townhome in 2001
Why Corinne chose Historic Railroad District
The 4th St Inn is a home away from home for our repeat guests, especially those with up to 12 in the group. They rent both the Garden (#1042624) and the View and have a great space to enjoy each other. Located in the heart of the Railroad District, the Inn is near 2 grocery stores, down town, theaters, restaurants, coffee shops. Park your car and enjoy Ashland on foot.
What makes this Townhome unique
The View is light and sunny, with great views from the deck and a quiet oasis from the busy down town.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Great location and price for a OSF visit!!
Very homey house. Great location to everything.
Women and wine love this location
Excellent restaurant right across the street. Quiet neighborhood. Great walking distance to the theater. Easy access to the Bear Creek walking trail . Co-op just down the alley.
We will be back next year
This is the second time we have stayed here. Great location, comfortable beds, clean and a nice deck with bbq grill. Easy walk to the theater. We really appreciated being able to leave our food in the fridge while we attended the afternoon play. Also allowed my husband to ice his knee one more time before we hit the road home.
Excellent residence for enjoying Ashland!
Great space, easy to access Ashland’s charms, clean, good floor plan for multiple individuals to have privacy along with group space.
Adding a washing machine would be helpful.
I’d definitely return to this property.
Better than the photos
The pictures didn’t do it justice. This is a wonderful place. Great for our book group of six.
Thanks. I think so too.
The 4th St Inn is located in the heart of the Railroad district, near several grocery stores, numerous coffee shops and restaurants. Visit wineries and craft breweries, sample local foods at the Tuesday and Saturday farmers markets, hike and bike the trails and parks, including Lithia Park, Mt Ashland and Emigrant Lake.
Check out the many entertainment forms in the area. Our Shakespeare, Cabaret and Camelot theaters are second to none and the Britt Music festival offers outdoor music during the summer.
A little farther away, sight see the spectacular Crater Lake or eastern Oregon and the Lava fields. Visit historic Jacksonville and the Oregon Caves. Klamath Lake attracts birders from all over.
Looking for a little activity? Fish or raft the Rogue and Klamath Rivers. Mountain bike the Ashland wash-shed trails. Road bike the back roads of Jackson and Josephine County. Rent stand up paddle boards at Emigrant Lake or just laze away on the shore.
Ashland's dining and night life are easy to access and usually in waking distance. Enjoy.
