This condo is within walking distance of the Riverwalk, which has numerous restaurants, shops, a movie theater and a grocery store. Everything you need is less than a mile away. This condo is also a 5 min walk from the Eco Bus stop, which provides access to the whole Vail Valley.

This property is a 5 min drive to Beaver Creek and 15 min drive to Vail. It is within walking distance of the Riverwalk shopping center, which has many shops, restaurants and a movie theater. It is also on the Eco Bus route, which provides access to the entire Vail Valley.

About the owner: We moved to the Vail Valley 12 years ago, hailing from Connecticut and Minnesota, with the plan to live here and ski for 1 season. Like many others in this Valley we fell in love with the area and have never left. We lived in this condo from 2006-2013. Our family has grown and we now have 2 wonderful girls and have moved to a larger place. We still live in the same neighborhood because we love the Edwards area so much.
Why the Owner Chose Edwards, CO, USA:
We bought this condo primarily due to the location. It is so close to restaurants, shops and the nightlife that we knew we could walk into town during the day for some shopping, the bike path is right there and if we went out in the evening we wouldn't have to worry about driving home. We also work at Beaver Creek so the commute to work/skiing was only 5 min down the road. We prefer Edwards to Avon or Vail because it has more of a local atmosphere, while still offering great restaurants and close proximity to skiing.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
To us, the best feature of our condo is actually the walk out access to the courtyard. We loved sitting out there after a long day of skiing, enjoying the last moments of sunlight. Living in the mountains, most properties are built on a hillside, so outdoor access off the main living area is actually a rarity. Also the entryway when you first enter the condo is a 2 story entryway, which lets lots of light into the unit and is very spacious.
