Our mountain home sits on the picturesque 14th hole of Trillium Links and Lake Club. Views of the mountains and wild woods surround us. Our home is rustic but elegant providing all your vacation needs.
Our home has two stories. It has porches on each level, great for entertaining, watching hummingbirds feed, enjoying the sun and cool breeze, and a place for children to play. There is parking available for two cars. A small flower garden of perennials will meet you near the front entry. Inside on the upper level you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and spacious bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. Also on the upper level is a living area with TV, separate dinning area, kitchen and half bath. Beautiful light wood floors, walls, and beam ceilings run throughout this area. There are two wood burning stone fireplaces one indoor and one outdoor. A great place to make Smores! The decor is rugged, comfortable but upscale. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
On the lower level you will find a common area which includes a small bar, sink and refrigerator, a game table, a sleeper sofa, and TV/DVD player. There are two bedrooms and two baths on the lower level. One room with a king bed the other with twin trundle beds.
Our home is roomy and comfortable with everything you could possibly need to have an enjoyable stay.
We were looking for an escape from the hot Florida summers! We have spent every summer in Cashiers since the year we purchased our home. My family loves this area. The mountains are beautiful and make a great getaway. Cool breezes off Lake Glenville offer a nice alternative to the Florida heat. This area is the highest elevation (3500') east of the Mississippi so it is always a comfortable temperature. October is also wonderful for viewing Fall leaves. This property is close to Asheville Airport and Greenville Airport if you arriving by air.
The summer weather ranges from 55-75 degrees C, with cool nights and perfect days. This retreat is close enough to shopping, and the town of Cashiers and Highlands. Brevard is another town nearby worth exploring. Trillium community provides a gym, golf, croquette, tennis and boating. Our home is conveniently close to the gym, Lake Glenville, and all the Trillium Club activities.
There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this rental. We spent 5 weeks enjoying the beautiful weather of NC, in a terrific house. Everything was perfect! Furnished wonderfully and comfortable and everything we could need was available in the kitchen and all linens. Our favorite place was the porch overlooking the 14th fairway. Lake Glenville is close enough and we enjoyed taking grandchildren tubing.Cashiers and Highlands were nearby for lunches and dinners. Highly recommend !!
The Club amenities include pool, hot tub, tennis( indoor & outdoor) & full fitness center 5 min away. There is an additional charge for Club amenity use. There are numerous hikes and waterfalls, horseback riding within 30 min, whitewater rafting within an hour, ziplining within 45 min, quaint shopping in Highlands and Cashiers, Gem mining, kids summer camps close by, natural rock slide, free concerts in the park Friday nights in Cashiers, ceramic classes at the art center in Highlands, and bear and deer sightings often.

Please contact owners for specific rental rules. There is a 6 3/4% State tax and 4% County tax in NC not included in the rate above.
A reservation deposit of $500 is required. This deposit converts to damage deposit & is refundable within 14 days of departure if no damage.
An advanced payment equal to 50% of rental rate is required 60 days before arrival & is applied to rent. Balance of rent is due 14 days before arrival.
Payment is made by personal checks or cashiers checks. Paypal is also available. Contact owner.
