Comfy, elegantly appointed condo in the heart of Park City.

Comfy studio condo in the heart of Park City; walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shopping; laundry, and sport shops. You won’t need a car, as the free Park City bus stops right outside the building to easily get you everywhere else.

The condo is fully renovated with high end finishes throughout. Granite counter tops, hardwood floors, cathedral ceiling, stone gas fireplace and quaint patio with table and chairs. Flat screen TV with DirectTV, and DVD player, and wifi included.

The kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator, oven & cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, dish and glassware for four, pots, pans, and all utensils. Snack bar seating for two, and a table for two.

Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed, and a new queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress, which can easily be folded up for extra space. In the bath area, built in closets give plenty of hanging and drawer space for your stay. Hair and boot dryers are also included.

The orientation of the unit makes it private and quiet, as the patio overlooks a wooded common area, no cars or roads in sight.

On the property there is also an outside Pool (seasonal) & Hot Tub (brand new fall 2016), and large gas fire pit with chairs.

Check in is a breeze with the 24/7 Prospector front desk.

Utah has been the place we always come back to. I am from the Midwest and my husband is from the east coast. We have come to Utah for 17 years for vacation & skiing and finally made it our home. We realize just how much there is to do here summer and winter and there is no place quite like it. With so much to explore, see and do we feel like we are living on vacation (most of the time!!).

We will be adding a hot pad to the kitchen supplies, and also checking to be sure everything else is stocked at adequate levels for meal preparation. We've had good reviews for the cleanliness, and are disappointed it may not have met your expectation. very comfortable for a studio for 4 adults.

loved the style of the room, especially princess kate and the queens photos, nice touch. the bus stop location made it very easy to get to the slopes in 10_15 minutes. would definitly stay here again.

Awesome all around!

As renters, we loved the location, the apartment, and especially the owners! The studio is exactly as it is pictured in the listing--very clean, fully stocked (and beyond the essentials!), and decorated to give it a homey feel. The two of us had more than enough space, and loved being able to access everything Park City has to offer so easily. The owners were great in communicating with us, and very accommodating with any requests. Definitely would recommend this listing for anyone looking for a great experience in Park City!

Great location, comfortable and updated studio, great value.

The studio was the perfect space for the two of us. It was very nicely updated and decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen was effectively stocked with appliances, cooking utensils, pans, etc to be able to cook dinner and have breakfasts. A little dissappointed that the hot tub was closed for renovations. It is close to the old town and ski slopes with great free public transportation. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Our one compliant, and big complaint, is that the walls are paper thin and we had very, very loud neighbors....late into the night. Seems like they had a fuseball table above us and you could hear the ball drop, moving of chairs, everything!!!! It seems that some folks may live there and others vacationing but hope that for others the people around were only vacationers and you have better luck!

Great stay

We stayed here in February 2016. The property was just as described. The location was very convenient with the bus stop out front and shops and restaurants nearby. It is a quick bus ride to Park City base. The owners are quick to respond although we did not need to contact them during our stay. Our security deposit was promptly returned. We would recommend this property. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location, close to everything to make a memorable vacation in one of the best towns in Utah. There is something for everyone when you stay in such a great place. World class skiing at Deer valley, Park City Mountain resort and The Canyons - this only scratches the surface.

Sundance film festival, weekly Sunday farmers market, and the Park city art festival.

Outlet shopping, Utah Olympic park, miles of trails for all your walking, road/mountain biking and cross country skiing pleasures. And if you're not too exhausted by evening, be sure to sample the fabulous restaurants, pubs, and night clubs just minutes away.
