A wonderful vacation cottage, decorated professionally in a warm, inviting style with a combination of dark woods, leather and sea grass, luxurious comfort and class with a touch of beachy coziness, with many more upgrades and special touches not normally found in a rental property.

1st Floor: Open floor plan – Spacious Living Room, Dining Room and Gourmet Kitchen with stainless appliances, ceramic stove cook top; granite countertops, drop lights, bar stools. A guest bedroom with Queen Bed is also conveniently located on the main level along with an adjacent full bath. Plus Queen sleeper sofa.

2nd Floor: The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, private bath with oversized tile shower and private porch. Just down the hall are 2 more guest rooms: one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 twin beds and adjacent full bath.

3rd Floor Tower: Views of Hidden Lake, this room features comfortable leather chairs; ottomans; a loveseat and TV with DVD. The tower is great as a media room or a quiet retreat to enjoy a good book.

Old Florida Village is a 75 cottage community with two pools, white picket fencing, natural landscaping, brick paved streets and meandering walking paths located on Scenic Hwy 30-A in Santa Rosa Beach between Gulf Place Town Center/Amphitheater and Goatfeathers Restaurant.

Old Florida Village has a cozy relaxed feeling - similar to the community of Seaside - in a more natural setting. The communities of Grayton, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove Beaches are just 10 minutes to the east and Alys, Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach is another ten minutes past Seaside. There is only one road into the neighborhood which creates a nice private feeling for adults & children. Take a stroll or bike ride around. Convenient bike rentals are available in the area.

Great vacation house!

Great vacation house! We brought our family and had a blast. You can relax or do so many activities. Great location and we felt very comfortable letting our teenagers play at the pool because it was so close to the house. We also rented bikes and our kids really enjoyed the freedom and location. The house was extremely well equipped, clean and beautiful. Thanks for everything!

Great spring break vacation

Our family enjoyed our week in Abbotsford especially since the dog was welcome. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. The crows nest was great for the kids to watch their movies. Even though it was spring break and the neighborhood was full it was quiet. The nice part about this house was only one neighbor. The pool was very close but we used the one toward the front of the Village as less people. One really nice part about the house were the beds which were very comfortable. We could not have had a better place to stay.

Wonderful family vacation

My family and I so much enjoyed our vacation in this home, even more so b/c we were able to bring the dog. We had family in the area and were able to host a wonderful grilled seafood dinner. The house was clean and comfortable with most things we needed. The owner provided us with his personal cell phone and we were able to contact him when we needed more towels and he had more delivered to us by the next morning. Perfect location for a relaxing summer vacation.

Great stay in Santa Rosa

We are Old Fl Village regulars, but this was our first time in Abbotsford. We had two families of four and the house was plenty spacious for the eight of us. The kitchen had evrything we needed for all our meals and the furniture was very comfortable. The kids really enjoyed hanging out in the crows nest. The house was close enough for the kids to ride their bikes to different public beach accesses as well as being two lots from the community pool. The owners were extremely accommodating and we could not have asked for a better week.

The Destin Harbor is approximately thirty minutes from Old Florida Village. In addition to these attractions, there are many golf courses, outdoor music venues, biking and walking trails, and many other activities the whole family can enjoy!
