About Eileen Hansen
A native of Washington DC, I grew up going to the Delaware beaches. I am now married with three children and continuing the tradition by going to this home, our home, in Dewy Beach. We treasure this home and the memories it gives us.
Eileen Hansen purchased this House in 2002
Why Eileen Hansen chose Rehoboth by the Sea
The original home, built in 1960, was demolished in 2012. This home's new construction was completed August 2013. This home is new, clean and a great location. Just about 1800 square feet, it provides for a cozy beach vacation. You could park your car upon arrival and not have to get back in the car until it is time to leave at the end of your vacation. Bring your sunscreen, books, beach chairs, bicycles, paddle boats and vacation.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
2nd year here and hoping for more to come!
Great property and location. Nice updated clean house close to a lot. Looking forward to future stays!
Great home for a family or pretty much anyone.
Beautiful, well layed-out, clean home. Plenty of room for a family of five. The home was well supplied with both kitchen and beach gear and is only a short walk to the beach. We went off-season and the beaches were empty and beautiful to walk on, particularly at sunrise.
Birthday Weekend Dewey Beach
Very nice house in a great location. We walked all over Dewey and we walked to Rehoboth. Home is nicely appointed with all the basics you need. Great owners to work with they were very attentive to our needs and responded promptly. Definitely will be back!
Great Rental, great location
All good, close to the beach and commercial strip.
We loved it the parking was tight but we did manage to get all the cars in other than that everything was excellent couldn’t ask for a better location and the house was beautiful. Thank you.
Comfy, Clean and Convenient
We truly enjoyed our stay at the beach cottage. It was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. A short walk to the beach and restaurants in a quiet community. The porch was an enjoyable spot to have morning coffee and relax. Loved the outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Very convenient to to get to Rehobeth via the jolly trolley.
Dewey Beach is 'A Way of Life'! A small beach town full of life, with restaurants, bars, life music, shopping. The beach is on the east with the bay only about 4 blocks to west.
Rehoboth Beach is nearby so much more.
