Our condo is owner managed, unlike many that use a rental management company. We also vacation in our condo, making sure that everything is well taken care of, updated, comfortable, fully equipped and clean for our guests. Much time and money were spent decorating and furnishing this unit to provide you with the most memorable and pleasurable vacation you will ever have at the beach.
Our condo features free Beach Chair Service during your stay. Reserved for you are two beach lounge chairs and an umbrella---over a $200 savings per week. Available March thru October.
The Balcony, approx. 9 ft. x 30 ft., has its own dining area, sitting area, and chaise lounge. The private balcony overlooks the seasonally heated pool, gazebos and the beautiful beaches of Panama City. You'll love to enjoy your morning coffee and afternoon cocktails, watching the sunset. Located on the 20th floor, it's the perfect elevation to enjoy the view.
There is no need to worry about keeping up with a key to the unit. We have a keyless entry system. That way you will not have to carry keys with you when you are at the beach or at the pool.
A Kenmore Duet front-loading laundry system has been furnished to handle all of your laundry needs.
Oversized in square footage as well as taste, this 20th floor two bedroom, two bath unit also boasts two bunk beds and a sleeper sofa to accommadate up to eight people.
The large master bedroom faces the gulf with a separate balcony entrance and features a king-size bed and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom features dual sinks, an oversized walk-in shower complete with dual showerheads and a separate toilet room. All bedrooms have TVs complete with DVD players and wireless internet.
The living area has a queen sleeper sofa and a 50 inch LED TV with Blue Ray DVD player.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and connecting bathroom with tub/shower combination. The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. We also have a built in bunk bed area next to the dining room with two twin bunk beds.

We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condo during the rental period.

Security/damage deposit of $300 is required to reserve unit. Renter(s) will be responsible for all damage to the unit excluding normal wear and tear. The security deposit, less any charges for damages, will be returned within 10-14 days of your departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full, less a $25 administrative fee. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. If renter must leave after arrival and check in, the full payment and deposit will be forfeited.
Full payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival.
