Off Street Parking is provided and Recycling & Composting are on site.

I am on site (separate dwelling), so if you have questions about the house, Albuquerque or New Mexico, or have any issues that might arise during your stay, I am available for answers. I have been a resident of NM for some 38 years and have a lot of knowledge of the state.
Nob Hill is a historic neighborhood developed in the 1930's during the WPA era and there are a diversity of Architectural styles, from Streamline Moderne, Spanish Colonial and Pueblo Styles, to the current Architectural wonders by Bart Prince who lives down the street. Walking the neighborhood will give you a pleasant exchange with the past and a wonderful visit to old Rt. 66 with all the shops, cafes, restaurants and the Guild Theatre. UNM offers Popejoy Hall w/fabulous performances and Aux Dog Theatre is down the street! The BioPark, Zoo & Oldtown are 10 minutes west.
Bus lines abound on Lomas and Rt. 66 (Central Ave). 1/2 block to 5 blocks to catch a Bus and the Bus can take you to the Rail Runner, Downtown, which can take you on a scenic ride up to Santa Fe. The BioPark, Old Town & Zoo are all accessible from the bus. The airport is about 10 minutes away and there is easy access to the freeway.
