I grew up in Orlando, Florida all my life and ALWAYS wanted to live on the beach. LOL, I think many folks do. I plan to enjoy weekends when I can, rent it when available and possibly retire to live there full time one day.

Very nice place to stay, the view is spectacular.
We really enjoyed our stay at Mike's place. The condo was spacious , clean, very quiet and the view spectacular. Mike was a welcoming host and answer rapidly all of our questions. Unfortunately, I have since learned they in fact do not heat the pool from November through February. I am sorry that I was not made clear of that by the association when I purchased the unit several years ago. I appreciate your pointing that out to me for future guests.

Our stay in September 2017
We enjoyed a month at this condo. The beach was great and the location was very convenient to anything we needed; grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Mike met us at the condo on our arrival and made sure we were familiar with where everything was and how things worked. He made sure he had our contact information and checked in with us occasionally to be sure everything was fine. We had a wonderful view from the deck. The secured underground parking was also a big plus. We would certainly stay there again.
Beautiful condo and he was easy to work with! My wife and I loved the easy beach access. Very up to date with furniture and appliances and feels like home really quick!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful 10 weeks in this condo. Great views, great location, super quiet part of the beach, and plenty enough space for the four of us. Mike is a great owner to deal with. Helped us with all of our "issues" and was always very friendly and quick to respond!

In this instance the photos are 100% accurate. You won't find a better condo for the price in Daytona Beach Shores.
A retired couple with a large family, we just (reluctantly) returned from spending 3 months in this rental. The large bedrooms, (twin queen beds in the guest bedroom, a king in the master) and separate full baths provided ample space and privacy for our visitors. Everyone really enjoyed the place from the family with two small children to our teen granddaughters. The location is perfect, right on the beach, within walking distance of good restaurants, Sunglow Pier, and a bar or two. Publix and Walgreens are steps from the front door, not to mention the bus stop if you want to go to downtown Daytona. The city recreation center and the senior center are half a block away and offer a variety of programs.
The owners are great folks, easy to deal with and committed to helping you enjoy your stay

Daytona Raceway is just 15 minutes from your front door. Ponce inlet is 5 miles away heading south on A1A. Famous Daytona Beach boardwalk is just 4 miles away heading north on A1A. Best seafood restaurants you will find are just 5-10 minutes away. Publix Grocery store is actually within walking distance. Pharmacy is right across the street. Orlando just 1 hour away. Disney World is ~ 1 hour away as well. Rent dune buggy, boat, motorcycle, mopeds, bycycle, jet ski, parrasail, etc.
