Let out guesthouse be your home away from home in Burlington, located 2 blocks from the Church Street Marketplace and 2 blocks from the Burlington Waterfront. Enjoy your stay within walking distance of everything Burlington has to offer, including shopping, dining, pubs, galleries, coffee shops, parks, marinas and the city's business district. We are 5 blocks (0.5 mi) from the center of the Champlain College campus, and 10 blocks (0.8 mi) from the center of the University of Vermont campus. Our historic property dates from 1890 and is renovated with period character and modern conveniences. Amenities include a fully equipped cook's kitchen, private yard, on-site laundry and off-street parking. Why stay in a hotel when you can have the spaciousness and privacy of your own home?

Our Guesthouse comfortably accommodates up to 8 people in three bedrooms with four beds (2-queen beds, 2-full size).

We also have a queen-size air mattress which can be comfortably set up in a semi-private room attached to the master bedroom.

Just spent a few days at Matt's guesthouse over the Holidays. The house is lovely and very convenient to everything in Burlington. Matt was very easy to communicate with and helpful with recommending restaurants and things to do around town.



The home was great for entertaining our family of 6 and had plenty of space to cook, eat and lounge. Looking forward to another visit this summer!

Nicely kept home, great spot

Quaint home in the middle of everything

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house is an older home, but is clean and well maintained. We were able to park our car in the driveway and walk everywhere in town~

Lot's is space but needs some updating.

Plenty of room but property does need some TLC in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. Stairs are very narrow and steep and can cause a problem for older adults. Great location near restaurants and activities. We enjoyed our time in Burlington.

great location but

Walking distance to just about everything but layout of house strange. Had to be careful of inside steps especially at night and be prepared to live out of suitcase as no chest of drawers in any room plus only 1 closet total for hanging clothes in 3 bedrooms upstairs. Ample parking but tight getting in and out of auto. Also bring your own soap and hairdryer as none is provided.
