Master Br W/king Bed, Shower, Whirlpool Tub. 2 Brs With Queen Beds, Hall Bath
Summer 2018 & 2019 are booked. Monthly & weekly are available meanwhile. (2-night minimum)
Located in the forest south of Flagstaff, this cabin was brand-new in 2013. It has a Master BR with king bed, Master bath with shower stall and whirlpool tub.
2 BRs have queen beds, hall bath with shower & tub. Reclining couches and a futon can sleep an extra couple of people if need be. The dining area is set up for 6, and the kitchen has all new in 2013 appliances.
The living room has a 50-in TV, with Blu-Ray player and WiFi access to internet channels. Cable TV is available if renters wish to subscribe (on their own) to SuddenLink cable out of Flagstaff.
The outside patio is concrete, and the driveway is paved with asphalt. Use of the garage is not included in the rental.
The laundry has a stacked full-size washer/dryer. The hot water heater is tankless/continuous, meaning you will not run out of hot water.
The Living Room and Dining room are contiguous, making socializing easy.
The back yard is fully fenced, about 4' high, allowing for dogs. Cats are not permitted due to too many people allergic to them.
Nearby Flagstaff, Sedona, and Prescott have numerous attractions and activities such as skiing, movies, restaurants, museums, Lowell Observatory, an Arboretum, a wildlife park in Camp Verde, and another in Williams. Some wineries in the Cottonwood & Camp Verde areas offer tours/tastings.
Meteor Crater can be combined with a trip to stand on a corner in Winslow, Arizona.
Mormon Lake Lodge & Steakhouse can be reached via forest roads in the summer, or paved ones in the winter. (The steakhouse is closed in the winter.) http://www.mormonlakelodge.com/
Spectacular mountain and alpine forest views abound, as do sightings of elk, deer, rabbits, squirrels, raccoons, skunks, and once in a while a coyote, javelina, owl, or bald eagle.

About Rod Harris (managed by niece Chelsea)
We have lived full-time in Munds Park since 2005, and part time for 3 before that. We LOVE Munds Park and the surrounding areas: Flagstaff, Prescott, Jerome, Sedona. We have plenty of 'local knowledge' we'd be happy to share!
Rod Harris (managed by niece Chelsea) purchased this Cabin in 2013
Why Rod Harris (managed by niece Chelsea) chose Munds Park
It came on the market several years ago, after a friend moved East. We wanted a garage for our "stuff", and a place for friends and family to stay when they come visit, so we decided to make it happen. So we had a new 3BR manufactured home custom built for the purpose. It's 1/4 mile from our house, so easy access. Since we have it, we may as well rent it when friends/family are not around.
What makes this Cabin unique
1. Away from it all. Nobody's gonna bother you here. 2. Close enough to 'stuff'. Flagstaff has what you'll need. 3. Clean air! 6000' above and 130 miles north of Phoenix! 4. Nature. Deer, elk, raccoons, rabbits, birdies. 5. Day trips: Grand Canyon, Sedona, Jerome, Winslow. 6. Winter sports, ski, sled, snowboard. 7. Forest trails for hiking & 4-wheeling (during "season").

Amazing and perfect! Couldn’t have been better.
This was an amazing stay! Chelsea, the hostess, went way above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. It was a small family reunion—we came from Wyoming, two came from Phoenix, and two From Missouri. It was the perfect spot, the house had everything we could possibly need, even a spice rack with many spices and all the supplies of home.
Again, Chelsea made the whole stay warm, hospitable and we felt like family! We will certainly plan on another stay in the future.
Great Family Spot!
We definitely enjoyed our stay! Very spacious for our family of five and the grandparents. Close to everything we came for - Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, and Bearizona. Lots of games and books at the house also. Open floor plan helped every meal to be family oriented. Thanks for everything.
Thank you so much Chris! Glad you guys enjoyed your stay!
Charming and comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay in Rob's Munds Park unit. The home is a newer manufactured home, spacious and effecient and well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Rob was very helpful and friendly. The setting is beautiful with great hiking opportunities. A trailhead to a wonderful 3 mile hike is within walking distance. There is a semi private golf course in the community that welcomes visitors. It's a short drive to Flagstaff and not too far from Sedona. We would stay again and recommend it highly.
Thank you for the positive review! I'm glad you enjoyed your stay, and were able to take advantage of many of the things Northern Arizona has to offer.
You picked an optimal time to come. The weather is neither too hot in the day, nor too cold at night, and the trees are changing color.
We had a great time staying here. Everthing that was need was supplied. Very clean and comfortable. Liz and Rod are great and easy to work with. We plan on future stays. Thank you.
Grand Canyon Family Vacation
We had a fabulous time. You have a beautiful home. Centrally located and easily accessible to everything. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. We love your home and look forward to coming back.
What a lovely review, thank you! Come back anytime, you were the perfect guests - Liz
Beautiful and peaceful
This home is in a very peaceful community that is adjacent to the forest with lovely walking trails. We ended up being stranded without a car for one day of our stay, but we thoroughly enjoyed the nearby forest trails that day. The kitchen is stocked well and the home is very comfortable. The jetted tub in the master was heaven-sent. I have to say the best part though was the amazing owners that went out of their way to accommodate us after our vehicle was sidelined by an accident when we were traveling to the Grand Canyon. I have stayed in several different rentals through VRBO over the years and I have never worked with such a gracious owner as Liz. She really helped us make the most of a challenging situation and not let it stress us out too much.
The home is centrally located for easy travel to all the nearby attractions (Lowell Observatory, Snowbowl, Lava Caves, Sunset Crater, Sedona). Perfect location, wonderful home, and delightful owners! We are looking forward to another stay in the future!
Lori, that was so very sweet! Come back anytime - we will make you a priority!!!!
About 20 miles south of Downtown Flagstaff. Convenient to Northern Arizona University, Coconino Community College, and all that the Flagstaff area has to offer. Full disclosure: The attractions checked off are closer to 20, maybe 25 minutes away, rather than 15...
