very comfortable stay, perfect location

I can strongly recommend this place. Having stayed here for two full months, it truly felt like a home. The space was well equipped; I had everything I needed, even for proper cooking. Very comfortable bed and bathroom. The Internet worked perfectly; never had a problem. I loved the seating space outside and the easy access to the Skytrain, direct busses to downtown and UBC, Oakridge Mall and Main Street shops. At the same time, the home was so quiet and relaxing. Pav and his wife were so welcoming. Ever helpful and available when I needed something, they were perfectly respectful of privacy as well and considerate in all ways. I would definitely stay again and have nothing to complain about.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

We stayed here for a week in March in order to visit family in Vancouver. The unit was very quiet and comfortable with in-floor heating for the coolish evenings. The kitchen was well equipped. A large kitchen window provided a view of the back yard and morning light lit up the kitchen eating area. On street parking was plentiful during our stay. Cable TV and Wi-Fi was available. The private entrance is at the rear of the house and at night there was very helpful motion sensor lighting along the walkway. We would stay here again as it was very convenient for our visit.

Good public transit

The owner was pleasant and helpful. Rental was very clean and we had everything we needed; the pictures of the site were quite accurate. We used both the subway and bus systems, and would recommend the rental to persons without a car. The owners live onsite and will allow guests to use their laundry equipment, but there is none in the unit itself. One caveat, guests need to be able to navigate a few stairs. so the unit is not wheelchair accessible.

We were very comfortable in this unit for a month. Conveniently sited for bus into Downtown and east/west travel. Also close to Canada line at Oakridge and shopping. A mirror and bedside lamp I'm the bedroom would be useful.
