Half a block from a grassy field atop the ocean bluff and walking distance from downtown. This is a quiet residential neighborhood that is a great place for a family vacation, but not a good place for large parties. Master suite is large with Cal King, raised ceilings and private bathroom with shower. Room 2 is moderately sized with a king bed and private bathroom with shower. Room 3 has a bunk bed with a full (54x75) on bottom and twin (39x75) on top. last room is small and has 2 twins side by side. There is a 3rd common bathroom with a bath and shower (remodeled 2016). There is a TV with DVD/BuRay and wireless internet. We have a great kitchen for cooking with dishes/pots/pans etc.

This was a great property with a great location!
The house had lots of room and was perfect for two families of 4 each. The location allowed us to easily travel north to San Francisco and Redwood State Park as well as south to Monterey and Carmel. We would definitely stay again if we come back to the area!
Comfortable house in great location
Very comfortable house, large rooms, well-cleaned, well-furnished kitchen with Viking 6 burner stove. Location was near ideal for our group, few blocks from highway 1 and local beaches. House was about 20 minutes to BART and 35 minutes to Ano Neuvo. Highly recommend!
All the amazing!
We stayed here with a group of friends for a relaxing weekend and this home couldn't have been better! Beautiful inside and out. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep, eat, and hang out. The office also acts as a play room stocked with toys - plus a closet full of more toys. The kids had a blast! The yard is nicely landscaped and the backyard is fully enclosed. We enjoyed roasting s'mores over the backyard fire pit.
The walk to the beach is easy and short - and so nice! We rode bikes, jogged, and walked on the paved path along the coast.
Shopping and restaurants were nice and close - very convenient!
The owner was always very prompt in answering my questions - and we appreciated the list of recommended activities he emailed - we did a few of them!
Definitely recommend staying here! :)
Nice roomy house. Great accomodating owner.
We had a lovely stay in Half Moon Bay. Spacious house with very nice kitchen and dining room. Short trip to quaint town and beaches. Great restaurants. Nice neighborhood. We enjoyed walking around neighborhood, shopping in town, taking drives on the coast, and eating very good food. Great place to gather for 5 old friends. Thank you Joe.
Half Moon Bay House
This house was very nice. It was big and clean with a large, well equipped kitchen. There were plenty of toys and play space in the house and in the fenced in backyard.
Wonderful Location and Great Home
My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights with our four sons. The house is located in a quite neighborhood and is just a short walk to the beach and the bluffs overlooking Half Moon Bay. The sunsets were spectacular from here. There are plenty of grocery stores and shops a short drive away. A little further up the road is the Marina with some great restaurants and shops.
We spent a couple of days in San Francisco and another down in Santa Cruz. Both were easy to get to via a beautiful drive on the PCH.
We found the house itself to be roomy and it had all the comforts you would need. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked several meals there and used the grill out back too. At the front of the house is the kitchen, dining room and living room. There is a hallway behind that connecting the 4 bedrooms and a full bath. The room with the bunk beds is next to the bathroom and the one with the two twins is just down the hall. The 3rd bedroom has it's own bath and the master, which is connected through a den, is very spacious, has a large bathroom and a door out onto the back deck.
If you find yourself in Santa Cruz, check out The Mystery Spot - especially if you have kids. We found it to be a very fun little adventure and well worth the $8 admission.
This house fit our needs and we were very happy with it. We would definitely stay here again. If you go, enjoy your stay!
Piller Point Harbor is 15 minutes north. Purchase fresh fish and crabs directly from commercial fishermen.
