Lincolnshire Lodge is located in North/Central Austin 1 mile east of the Domain in the quiet family neighborhood of Gracywoods. This home is on a secluded street that backs up to Walnut Creek Metroploitan Park, Austin's 3rd premier hike & bike trail (per National Geographic All Trails). You will find this fully updated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2-story home with ~2400 square feet of pure living - a wonderful place to call home during your stay! Great location with everything you need within minutes: 8 minutes to Domain for upscale shopping, Whole Foods, and restaurants; 7 minutes to the new Apple Campus & Samsung; 12 minutes to National Instruments & Qualcomm, 20 minutes to Downtown, 6th Street, Barton Springs, Town Lake, South Congress, UT and only 25 minutes to Austin-Bergstrom Airport! All rates include cable & high speed internet.

This area of Austin is relatively central and a short commute to anywhere. We are surrounded by great shopping and eateries. The Domain is just minutes away and features 100 upscale and mainstream retail stores and restaurants, almost half of which are exclusive within the market. The Domain is situated in a beautiful park-like setting and is a destination spot for many travelers in the area. Our backyard backs up to Walnut Creek Park which features a multitude of hilly, meandering trails popular with mountain bikers and hikers. Walnut Creek Park also features a playground, swimming pool, picnic areas, basketball courts, softball fields, and barbecue pits. Our house is a short 15 minute drive to downtown and if you want to avoid the drive we are a few miles away from the Austin MetroRail which has nine convenient stations and runs Monday-Saturday. The MetroRail is a fun and cheap way to get to and from downtown without the hassle of traffic.

Perfect for our outdoorsy family

This house was perfect for our family! It is roomy, well stocked, and updated nicely. The location was perfect in that it back up to Walnut Creek Park where my husband was biking and the kids and I hiked and ran. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we felt very at home here.

Lovely Lodge

I rented this home for four of my out of town staff to stay for two nights. It was much more cost effective and comfortable than a hotel. They loved it. The home was clean, and the amenities were plentiful...dishes, cleaning supplies, seating, and close to shopping. The back deck wraps around the house and we were able to accommodate several other staff for a group meeting outside. The grounds are lovely and well-kept. Several staff who live in the area asked me for the information to rent this property themselves for family events. Everyone was pleased.

I loved this house. It was wonderful for my grandchildren to play. I was disappointed that we had kitchen plumbing problems and no one came. I get that it was Thanksgiving, but I don't feel we should have had to wait until 4:00pm the next day. The cooking we had planned just couldn't happen. So much for 24/7 service. :( We did love the house.

Yes, we do provide 24 hour support but we are also at the mercy of our vendors, as anyone would be who is trying to schedule a handyman or plumber on Thanksgiving night at 6:30pm for a leaking sink. We are sorry that this took away from your trip. Please let us know if you would ever like to return to a TurnKey home. We are happy to offer a discount towards a future stay in consideration of what occurred.
