Great Location Heart of West Bend, pet considered
GREAT LOCATION!! Close to all the great eateries; Walk to some of the best restaurants in Bend,
the River, the Amphitheater. A rental car is not even necessary for summer visits! Very comfortable, cozy, gas fireplace, great new mattresses in two bedrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs and the separate den with new twin sofa bed with memory foam (plus blow up air bed) serves as the third bedroom . Beautiful bamboo floors downstairs, new chair bed is also up stairs , a great place for a child to sleep. Washer dryer, one full bath upstairs and one full bath down stairs. Great for skiers, ALL summer activities, kids welcome and dogs considered, fenced yard. UPDATE: NEW Honeywell air conditioner upstairs!! Downstairs remains cool with evening and am breeze and ceiling fans. Air conditioning not needed.

Nice location on West Side
My family and I (2 adults and 1 child) recently stayed at this property while we visited family for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was clean and everything seemed to work. We didn't spend a lot of time here as we have family in the area where most of our time was spent, but it had the basics. The location is on the fabulous West Side of Bend, which is close to breweries, restaurants and shopping (both Old Mill and downtown Bend). The parking is fairly limited as it is a busy corner, but we were able to fit our truck in the garage which helped. For being on a busy corner, the house and backyard felt private. Would be a great home for a small family or two (or three) close couples. Overall a good stay.
Fantastic place to stay! Cozy, comfy and close to everything!
We loved this house! The layout was fantastic, couches and beds very comfy, close to everything, nice and clean! If we were to say one thing to improve it would be paper towels or napkins for the kitchen, very minor detail. We would recommend this place for sure!
Convenient and clean.
Trudy great to communicate and responds quickly to any questions you might have. Kitchen well stocked. A/c unit upstairs worked well. Fans down helped us thru unusual heat wave. Busy traffic area but awesome new windows kept out noise!
Pros: This house is in a prime location with numerous restaurants, breweries and the river all within walking distance. Taco Salsa is literally right out the backyard fence. There were two adult bikes provided for us in the garage. The backyard is fully fenced and pretty private. The beds were comfortable and temperature of the house stayed cool in the heat of summer.
Cons: It would have been nice to have other paper products provided other than the single ply toilet paper. Cleaning up small messes and blowing your nose was nearly impossible. Most functions of the house were in working order but not high quality. A hot tub in the backyard would be nice as well.
Overall, it was a great stay and location is the most important aspect of the house that we care about.
