About Julie Hoffman
I moved here 17 years ago following a visit where I fell in love with Portland's 'not so big' size and European feel. My business partner is native to the area and shares my feelings about the city's energy and diversity.
Julie Hoffman purchased this Apartment in 1997
Why Julie Hoffman chose Northwest District
Not unlike as it was in the early 1900's showing its prosperity, our NW neighborhood has seen a revival spurred on by gentrification. As such, we have renovated this Historic Beauty over the past 15 years trying to keep the original circa 1900 feel. In the backyard, the setting is tranquil with a great soft-scaped patio space.
What makes this Apartment unique
One of the best benefits of this property is that it's in a quiet, residential neighborhood yet just a few minutes from all of the action of NW Portland, Pearl District and Downtown! If you like to walk and explore, this is such a lovely neighborhood in which to do that. No car is necessary for your stay here. I love the history of the building and how the turn-of-the-century character has been preserved in its details. The front porch is stately by appearance and provides a wonderful place to relax, enjoy a beverage, and watch passersby.

So cute. Great location
We rented this adorable apartment while we were visiting our son. Julie was great at communicating and texted me on our first day to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is close to public transportation, resturaunt and shops. We hope to stay there again on one of our many trips to see our son.
Perfect, close to shops and restaurants. Gorgeous neighborhood.
We really enjoyed our time here. Julie was very attentive and pleasant. We really fell in love with Portland and this home and neighborhood were instrumental.
Charming vacation rental in fantastic Nob Hill.
Julie, is a great hostess, this is our third stay in her charming apartment.
The apartment is well equipped and sparkling clean. Julie is quick to respond to any questions you may have. This apartment is located in the Nob Hill district of Portland, it is one street up from 23rd ave, explore the speciality shops, & boutique restaurants, with a great selection of happy hours to choose from. Enjoy a ice cream at the Salt and Straw or a Blue Star Donut. Check out Zupans a high end grocery store or the City Market on 21st ave a gourmet upscale market. The streetcar is one block away and it will take you right downtown Portland very easy, buy a week or longer pass at Fred Meyers.
We spent seven nights here and even though it was damp most days we had a wonderful time. We used the street car everyday as it was so close. Every morning we would walk to have coffee, and in the evenings we walked to restaurants and bars. The condo was cozy and warm with a very comfortable bed.
