Near Shem Creek restaurants, parks, night life, and downtown Charleston? If so, you have found it! You may not want to leave this cozy home and we wouldn't blame you! The home features beautiful coastal décor throughout. The home is a charming 1,603 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath ranch style home that is simply perfect for a Charleston getaway. The open floor plan allows you to move freely throughout the home. The three bedrooms feature new queen size mattresses and bedding (1 full size bed). The master bedroom features a private full bathroom. Both bathrooms have been renovated and feature natural tile stone flooring and showers. The kitchen features a good sized eat in area and newer stainless steel appliances for your needs. The refrigerator has an ice maker. There are two living rooms for your group to spread out. The home also features hardwood floors throughout the majority of the home, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, wood burning fireplace, fenced rear yard, large patio, and a gas grill. The home features a two car garage with laundry area with washer and dryer. Enjoy the spacious yard or take a bike ride to one of the great nearby restaurants or taverns. The home sleeps up to 8.

With off street parking available, this home is perfect for family gatherings or groups of friends. The home is close to all of the best wedding locations in the area and to the local colleges, which makes it the perfect place for wedding and graduation guests.

This cute and charming home is centrally located in the heart of Mount Pleasant between historic downtown Charleston and the equally historic beach at Sullivan's Island and Shem Creek. The home is minutes away from many attractions and is only 1 mile from the foot of the Arthur Ravenel, Jr. Bridge. This immaculate and comfortable home is situated on a peaceful street in a tranquil, safe and established neighborhood in between Highway 17 and Coleman Boulevard. The home is within walking blocks of restaurants, taverns, grocery, shopping, and Shem Creek.

Sullivan's Island beach and restaurants are only minutes away. There is a bike path that leads over the new Ben Sawyer swing bridge which will take you to Sullivans Island.

Shem Creek is a short bike ride away and provides you with great restaurants and taverns right on the water. Have dinner while you watch the boats come in with their daily catch. Local seafood markets are on each side of the creek. You can also rent kayaks and go sight-seeing minutes away from the home.

The neighborhood is a very quaint southern area where large oak trees tower overhead. Alhambra Hall is only minutes from the house where you can enjoy a picnic on the large grassy area overlooking the beautiful Charleston Harbor.

The neighborhood features a large playground with swing sets and plenty of oak trees for shade only 1/2 mile from the home. The neighborhood is great for biking, jogging, or walking. The Shem Creek Boardwalk or Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park are also close by, where you can fish, go crabbing, have a picnic, or relax and watch the sunset over the Charleston Harbor. The infamous Trader Joe's grocery store is literally within walking distance!

Location was perfect and neighborhood was nice. Bring your own toilet paper and trash bags though. Wi-fi was in and out. Overall great stay.

Prime location. Clean and comfortable

This property is in a central location to downtown and Sullivan's Island, grocery stores and restaurants! It's very clean has comfy beds and kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Could use a few more side tables, coffee table and another chair in the living room and some mirrors for getting ready in the bedrooms. It has a charming vintage feel. Beautiful neighborhood.

Perfect Location!!!

This was a perfect house in the perfect location. In the heart of Mount Pleasant and close to Isle is Palms and Sullivan's island Beach. Downtown was only 7 min away.

The owner was very accommodating with very little notice. Very clean and comfortable home with sheets that smelled so good l, you couldn't wait to crawl in at night. Thanks for a great weekend.

What a fantastic place!!

This little ranch was in the perfect location. Close to Shem Creek restaurants and bars. Downtown was only 10 minutes away and we were close to both Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island beaches. The home was very comfortable and clean. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. The owner was able to accommodate me at the last minute and was very nice. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone one wanting to stay in the heart of everything.

THIS HOME HAS BEEN A LONG TERM RENTAL FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS WHILE ON VRBO. Therefore, there are not any reviews at this time. I have 3 VRBO's in Mount Pleasant, and this property is by far the best! It has the best location and the best floor plan of my 3 properties (my other properties are VRBO #490202, #515217).
