Clean, great location in complex. bit of a walk to the beach

This is one of the best located units in the complex. It faces the wooded area (units on other side face parking lot) and screened in porch faces west, so morning sun is not an issue for sleeping in (King bedroom). Being on the top floor all but eliminates noise from people using the stairs, no noise from above (obviously), and it's away from the elevator noise (the 2 front bedrooms are on the corridor side). The beds are comfy and the unit is very clean. It is a bit of a walk to the beach (10-15 min) and that road doesn't have a sidewalk so it's not the safest feeling. The Tom Thumb at the end of that road causes delivery trucks to use the road and turn around near the complex - so just be aware of that traffic if you're bringing walking kids or even teens on bikes. Kitchen is supplied with some pots/pans, but no oven mitts or items such as salt. All of the appliances are pretty new and work very well. I suppose this is a condo complex issue, but the TV's were a pain to operate with their boxes/lack of guides on the bedroom TV's. The unit offered Scrabble, Monopoly, books, etc. to use on days inside. The pool is large and clean and a good option if you don't want to walk all the way to the sand. It's a little over 1 mile to Seaside (plus the 0.2 mi to reach Tom Thumb/30A), so jogging/walking there in the mornings was easy. A few restaurants (Cafe 30A, Donut Hut, Angelina's...) within easy walking distance which was nice. We used the beach chair set up suggested by Garrett (Beach Chairs 4 U) and they were really nice to work with and having a reserved beach spot was well worth the money. A couple of multi-condo units are being built at this beach access, and the beach was already fairly crowded. We'd def. recommend a beach chair set-up in advance.

Area was phenomenal, the beach had sugar white sand with blue green clear water. Very friendly atmosphere, lots of local business to visit. Our favorite vacay so far!!

Enjoyed the condo

We had great time while staying at this condo! The condo had everything we needed, and its location was convenient to shopping, dining, and the beach. We had four adults and two children and had the space we needed. The pictures were an accurate description of the place and we would recommend it to others visiting the area.

Clean and Comfortable

Wonderful Winter Getaway

Seagrove & 30a was perfect for us to get away from our Ohio Winter. The condo gave us the room we needed along with the comfort of home. The elevator made the 4th floor condo into an easy access. Being on the top end floor was a quiet stay. Parking wasn't a problem. Short walking distant to the beach. We enjoyed the friendly people during our walks. The shops & restaurants along 30a could be expensive, but we still manage to find some good deals. All in all, we enjoyed our condo because the owner, maintenance and Garrett Reality are especially good people! We had a few problems, but it was handled quickly.

Always a great time.

We have been visiting the Seagrove/Seaside area for a number of years. For the past 3 years we have stayed at this great condo and will do so in the future. Located on the top floor, it is quiet, roomy and updated with a "beachy" motif. The screened balcony overlooking a wooded wildlife area is a good place for your morning coffee while you contemplate the day's activities. It is a short walk to a beautiful Emerald Coast beach. There are a several restaurants within walking distance and Seaside, with numerous restaurants and shops, is very close - an easy bike ride. We always enjoy happy hour at the Great Southern Café in Seaside. Bring your fishing pole for the pond next to the pool. This is a wonderful condo for a laid back vacation and we are looking forward to our next visit.
