Decor very nice but towels had holes, kitchen had limited items would not stay again.
The condo was clean and comfortable. Felt bigger than it looked on line. My parents recommended this place and we were not disappointed. We are returning in the summer and I've already reserved our week.
We spent our kids spring break here and couldn't be any happier. Enough space for the four of us and out two dogs. Mark was awesome as he stays in contact to ensure you have a great time. The beach is literally a five minute walk and you have all the grocery stores and restaraunts a short drive away. We are already planning on coming back as we really enjoyed our stay here!! Thanks Mark!!!
Large property. Many nice pools. Beach is a short walk away. The beach is large and grand eith dugar sand. The condo was clean and comfortable with a nice, beachy decor
We had a great week. The condo was just like it appeared online. The Owners were helpful in giving information we needed. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pools were nice, and it wasn't too far a walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
Too many things not working, the dryer, the Keurig coffee maker the table light in the corner of the living space, the living room blinds would not rotate open. There was a drip coffee maker but no one had emptied to old coffee filter and or cleaned out the pot. The drip basket was filled with mold from the old coffee filter. The dryer get hot but there is no hot air to dry the clothes. Apparently there is another dryer in the building but it is on the other side of the building and you have to go outside to get to it. Since this unit was advertised as having a washer and dryer we brought no laundry baskets with us, very inconvenient. The kitchen was not stocked very well . We had to go out and buy cookware to bake things in the oven and there were not nearly enough utensils and one dishcloth, really, one dishcloth for three weeks. The condo was definitely not very clean. St. Augustine is a wonderful city to visit, lots to see and do, wonderful restaurants . We would recommend Sunset Grille and the Columbia in old St. Augustine. We will definitely be coming back to St. Augustine but we would not recommend staying at this condo we certainly won't rent it again.
