Clean, quiet and well appointed.

Many thanks to Jacob for his patience and assistance. Not only is this unit well situated for visiting downtown Vancouver, it is very modern and comfortable. The king bed provided a good night's rest. The kitchen seemed well appointed for longer stays. Thanks, Cindy and Tom K

Cute garden flat ideally located in the West End

My girlfriend and I stayed in the flat for two nights in early June. We had tickets for a concert in Stanley Park so chose this property for its proximity to the Park. Little did we know how well located it really is. A 15 minute walk to the Park, and the same to English Bay/Beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well.

For our needs, the flat was great. Decent-sized bedroom with king-sized bed. Cozy living room, a secluded patio off the living room. Tidy bathroom with a dual vanity. The kitchen was fully appointed but we didn't use it all given our short stay and the diverse selection of restaurants in the area. Could easily see this being a place to let for a longer stay to do more exploring around the region.

Great Location

The apartment is easy to access and in a great location for access to any events in Vancouver , only a few blocks from the sea wall, with many restaurants in the area. The kitchen is well equiped has everything one could want. There is no dining room table however there is a large nook area. Unfortunately the stools at the nook are very uncomfortable to sit on for very long. they do not have a foot rest, they do go up and down but have no back and are cold. It would be here you would sit to have a bite to eat or something to drink or use your computer. Otherwise there is only the front room couch and chair to sit on. The king size bed and linens are very comfortable.

Perfect location!

Very fast response to the initial inquiry as well as to any questions I had before and during our stay. Perfect location, walking distance to downtown, restaurants and pubs. Small convenient store right around the corner, Safeway, pharmacy, and liquor store about 3 blocks away. Small but a good alternative to hotel stay.

Perfect Location! Great place!

When booking, the first good sign is if the owner responds quickly to inquiries and emails. Alberto was really good about that, often times responding within hours. He was easy to work with and refunded our deposit promptly. Jacob, the young man who cleans and meets you to let you in, was prompt, and had great suggestions for eating. He does a nice job of keeping the place clean and stocked.

Now, the apartment is so ideally located that we would easily stay there again. Some reviews complained of the outside appearance. Get over it! It is an older home with a few apartments in it now and it is being remodeled. It won't be done in a day and the outside is the outside.

The inside of the flat is exactly as the pictures show! It was really clean upon our arrival, it is modern, fully and completely equipped for living in. It has all the essentials for cooking, but with so many great dining options so close by, why cook? The wifi was great and we streamed a few movies from Netflix using my laptop while there and had no issues. The bed was comfortable, being onthe bottom floor could have been a problem but the folks upstairs were very quiet. The flat itself was super quiet, no road noise.

Like I said, the location could not have been any better. A grocery store is two blocks away, a 15 minute walk to English Beach or the other direction to Coal Harbor. There is a Mobi bike station two blocks away and I would urge you to download the app and get an account set up to be able to use the Mobi bike stations around the city.

We loved our visit to the city and this apartment was perfect for the week we stayed in Vancouver. Thanks to you both, Alberto and Jacob.

Great Comfortable Home Base for a Wonderful location

Stayed for two weeks in this quiet, comfortable suite. It's a 5 minute walk to English Bay. A block off the main road (Davie), so it's quiet yet close to all amenities. Lot's of terrific restaurants etc. The suite is fully equipped with comfortable furniture, bed, etc. and good wifi, security system and private parking spot. Ground floor with a small, fenced patio, so no view but it's cozy and private. Owner and caretaker are very responsive and helpful. Had a great stay. Thanks!
