2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo With Views Of The Sea Of Cortez And The Old Port
This unit has two bedrooms, The master BR has a King size bed and it's own private bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and shares the second bathroom. There is also an electric inflated aero bed for the extra kids. There is also a single pull out bed in the livimg room ottoman. This condo has two HD TV's with Directv from Tucson. There is WIFI and a house phone for local calls and calls to the USA. The kitchen is fully equipped including all of the small appliances such as coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, etc. The patio has dining for 6 and two loungers and an electric BBQ. There are 6 ceiling fans and the unit is heated and air conditioned. There is reverse osmosis water in the kitchen. Casa Blanca is a gated community with 24/7 roving guards. There are three swimming pools including one along side the beach. The views from this unit are to the Southeast from the patio toward the Old Port and the Sea of Cortez. The patio receives the morning sun and is shaded from the hot afternoon sun. Casa Blanca Golf Villas requires that wrist bands be worn at all times during your visit. These will be issued at checkin.

About Ken Hobbs
Ken and Jan live in Tucson, Arizona. We bought and furnished the condo with our friends from Atlanta to be our personal beach get away. We furnished it with luxury furniture and decorations for ourselves. We have decided to share our home with others who will enjoy a well appointed retreat in a quite, relatively small residential complex.

What makes this Condo unique
Casa Blanca is a residential complex that allows renters. At Casa Blanca the rules are minimal. There is no pool bar or onsite restaurant. Here you will not be bothered with huge crowds, loud noises or beach vendors. If that is your thing it is available just a few steps away at the neighboring resorts. The swimming pools are closed at 10 pm. Quiet time begins at 11 pm.

We loved our stay at the Casa Blancas!! The condo sits right on top of the put-put golf course and is a 2 minute walk right to the sandy beach. The condo is SO roomy inside and the bedrooms are very large. The beds are very comfortable and the master room has a gorgeous view with a nice sliding glass door. Ken was very helpful in our booking process clear through the end of our trip. He responds quickly, gives you precise details and directions, and is very nice. We will definitely be coming back!
Nicely furnished clean comfortable condo
Good communication with Ken and Wendy met us at the condo and helped settle us in. One of the best furnished condos we have rented. Everything you need in the kitchen. Comfortable seating.and beds. Would have given 5 star except elevator out of service for at least a week and we were 4th floor.
Steve, Thanks for the nice review. The elevator issue was certainly disapointing. I was there just before you and share your grief. Otis elevator company is the only option and are less than good. It is operating now and I invite you to consider us next time.

Beautiful condo pretty views. Grounds are very pretty and nicely maintained. Everyone there very friendly, I was able to bring my dog. Very homey and very nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Had a great time.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Puerto Penasco and we could not have asked for better accommodations. Our condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The view was beautiful and we loved sitting out on the balcony. The weather was perfect. Wendy was very kind to let us in and explain everything to us and give us some tips. We will definitely lease again. We loved every minute!
Recently added is the Puerto Penasco International airport and a new convention center. The new 'Home Port' international cruise ship port is under construction.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS Casa Blanca D403, LLC is the owner of this property. Emergency contact is USA 520 975 1928. The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age and must occupy the property during the entire rental period. The maximum occupancy and use of Casa Blanca facilities is limited to the number of persons in the confirmed reservation. A refundable US$200.00 security/damage deposit is required at time of rental and will be returned after cleaning and inspection for damage. You must report any damages to the owner no later than departure. Failure to report damages will require forfeiture of the full security/damage deposit. Damages in excess of the US$200 will be charged to the credit card on file. Return of deposit is usually within 7 business days. Payment for rental, cleaning and the security/damage deposit in full is required at time of reservation. For bookings more than 120 days out contact owner for possible two payment plan.You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival and you will receive a refund of your rental payments. All cancellations must be received in writing and confirmed in writing. Smoking is not permitted in the property or on the patio. Pets are not permitted unless agreed to by the owner in writing and a non-refundable pet fee will be charged and collected at the time of reservation. Maximum of two pets are allowed. Damage protection plan is required during spring break weeks. Occupants must obey the rules and regulations of the Casa Blanca HOA. Wrist bands must be worn by authorized occupants. Removal of occupants for cause by the owner or the HOA will NOT receive a refund of unused rental, cleaning fee or the security deposit.
