Decided to come from B.C. to Quebec for the first time for Christmas and New Years. We enjoyed a month of magical bliss!

Jacques and Odette are fantastic Hosts! I have been in the bed and breakfast industry now for 15 years. Being a 5* property myself, I give these two ..........DOUBLE THUMBS UP!!!

Wonderful apartment

  • 5 of 5

We love this apartment with the high ceiling and large windows, from this location you can walk everywhere in the beautiful old city, parks, cafés, restaurants etc. We stayed in October and enjoyed everyday. Jacques is very helpful, it's easy to pickup and return the keys.

We could not have been in a better location for walking the city.

  • 5 of 5

We were across the street from the Carriage tours and the Fortress wall of Old Quebec. We were a quick walk to long-term parking and had easy access to highways to explore other parts of Quebec. Our hosts were quick to respond to our needs and were very kind. We stayed a month and will definitely return. What a fantastic city!

nice apartment

  • 4 of 5

Nice apartment very well located right next to the walls of old Quebec. A good place for our family of four (two young children).

*location allows easy walking access to everything

*indoor municipal parking (c$198 for one month) is a three minute walk away

*attractive older building

*roomy one bedroom apartment

*elevator building

*very bright and airy, lots of huge windows

*ceiling fans on the high ceilings mean it never got too too hot, even in July

*neat and tidy space (vacuumed, dusted, surfaces clean, items put away in their place)

cons - not too many and they are not terribly serious; overall this apartment was very comfortable

*kitchen is lacking some basic equipment (i.e.: toaster, certain basic cooking utensils, etc...)

*while the apartment was very neat and tidy, the level of deep-clean upon our arrival could have been better)

Excellent location, beautiful cozy apartment

  • 5 of 5

Couldn't be more convenient. The apartment is warmly furnished, the ceilings are high and the all around windows gives the already large apartment a spacious, breezy feeling. Will definitely book it again. Thanks Odette, Mireille, and Jacques for your warmth and attention to details.

A perfect month in a great location!!!

  • 5 of 5

We spent the month of July in this lovely condo and we did not want to leave! The condo is in a perfect location , within the city walls, for enjoying everything that Quebec offers - great restaurants, great historical attractions, the waterfront, the vibrant street scene with music and entertainers everywhere! We were impressed with how clean and how safe the city is. We did not have a car and did not need one; everything is so close; we really enjoyed walking everywhere.

We loved that the condo was furnished so comfortably and is exactly as described. It is rare to see such thought put into the furnishings in a rental. We especially loved having two sofas in the living room, two dressers in the bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV, Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer! Nothing was lacking, the owners thought of everything to make you feel at home. The beautiful large windows provided lots of light and fresh air and we enjoyed watching the horse drawn carriages across the street during the day and the National Assembly and city lights at night.

We are happy there is a 30 day minimum to rent the condo; it really allowed us time to "live like locals". We would not hesitate to recommend this property and we hope to return!

Jacques, Merci beacoup encore une fois!
