Unit 824 is a 1 BR / 2 Bath newly remodeled and professionally decorated unit with 270° panoramic views from the huge wrap around lanai. This unit is one of the premium units at The Whaler.

This remodel has spared no expense. Everything was done with highest quality of materials and craftsmanship from the custom fabricated granite counter-tops to the highest quality plumbing fixtures.

Unit 824 is located on the 8th floor of Tower 1 with spectacular sweeping panoramic views looking north to BlackRock, the island of Molokai and Kaanapali Beach. This unit sleeps up to 5 adults.

Unit 824 Amenities include chefs delight gourmet kitchen, large stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, California king bed in the master suite (with Egyptian Cotton 650 thread count sheets). In the living area is a super comfortable full sectional sofa sleeper PLUS a foldout Murphy bed (both with the highest quality of bed linens). Opposite the sectional sofa will be a brand-new 60 inch LED high-definition television and DVD/Blu-ray player for viewing movies or your favorite sporting events. Additionally, there will be an executive desk for those working vacations. Free cable TV and high-speed Internet in room.

The unit is VERY competitively priced from $228-$479 per night ($228 rate is for last minute bookings less than 30 days out with a minimum stay of 10 nights - see rate schedule below).

All linens are provided fresh and clean. Mid-visit cleaning is provided to guests who stay 10 nights or longer upon request. There is a brand new washer/ dryer located in the master suite. Month long stays will receive a weekly clean Upon request. Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional charge. There is a $165 check out cleaning fee for up to 2 guests ($195 for 3-5 guests). $195 flat cleaning fee for "book it now" bookings.

The Whaler Resort is one of the premier condominium resorts in Maui. It is located in the most ideal location of Kaanapali Beach (between the Sheridan and Westin Hotels and next to Black Rock and Whalers Village Shops). Everything totally convenient and is in walking distance. Whalers Village has over 100 shops and restaurants for eating or just to browse through, so you and the family never have to jump in the car to go eat or shop....or drive home after dinner. Kaanapali Beach has been distinguished as being named 'Best Beach in the USA' year after year by resort critics.

Enjoy sailing, snorkeling, surfing, diving, golf, tennis, scuba diving, fine dining, hiking, jogging and world class shops all only steps away from your fully equipped 'plush' condominium. Other amenities include fitness and business centers, tennis courts, swimming pool & hot tub (jacuzzi), on-site spa & salon plus barbecue and picnic areas. Hawaiian tax ID # W19939691-01.

To reserve, a 25% Reservation deposit is required, balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If there are THREE (3) OR MORE guests staying in the unit or if there are any infants or children under the age of 18 there is a $300 damage deposit refundable within 14 days of departure upon satisfactory inspection of condo by the maid.

Best Family Vacation Rental Ever!

We are a family of four and the space was wonderful! Lots of room for us and the teens to enjoy. Perfect location to shops, eating, activities, etc. Everything you need for the beach was available in the rental. We bought groceries and cooked a few meals and it felt like home (with a great view)! Jim was quick to respond and ensure our dates. We will be back!

Impeccable!

Spacious, comfortable, like a second home. We couldn't ask for more! Every detail was considered. Having 2 bathrooms for just the two of us was a perk. Fully stocked kitchen and beach gear. Great location. Walking distance to whalers village if you want to shop or eat. Or stay in away from everyone. Felt like home away from home. Jim was very quick to respond and to check if everything was to our liking. Can't wait to come back!

Awesome Honeymoon Location

My husband and I stayed at the condo for our honeymoon last week. The check-in process was very easy, and they were able to answer all of our questions. The condo had everything we needed from beach chairs, umbrellas, everything for the kitchen, and towels for the bathrooms. The bed was super comfortable, and the TV had all the baseball and basketball games my husband wanted to watch. The beach in front of the condo was amazing, and we were able to rent snorkel gear right at The Whaler.

Well equipped, great view, home away from home

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the primary Master Bedroom light went out on our first day so it was a bit of a struggle getting ready for the evenings.. Jim, the owner called me right after I let him know it went out. There were extra bulbs in the unit but because the light was part of the fan assembly, it wasn't an easy fix but that he would fix it next time he was there...

This unit had everything you will need to completely enjoy your time at the beach, I was surprised that there were boogie boards (3), Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs (2) with an umbrella, beach balls, fins, etc...

We plan to reserve this unit again in the future...

We stayed in 824 for 14 days and it was wonderful. The kitchen was all that it was said to be. The Murphy bed was very nice my daughter slept there and said it was very comfortable. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The pillows could be a little better. The bathrooms were very nice towels were great, loved the washer dryer. The layout of the condo was great. Sitting on the lani in the morning having breakfast either watching the golfers or looking at the ocean, what a great way to start the day. The beach chairs are excellent. The owner easy to deal with Great place we will be back!!!!

Yes, the wrap around lanai is really so nice in the morning eating breakfast or just having some coffee enjoying the view and the sunrise (if you're up that early). Yes, the housekeeper actually mentioned that it's time to "change at the pillows" they have all been replaced now as I replace them with fresh clean pillows once a year. Everything was perfect

Our stay in Whaler 824 was perfect, from the hospitality of the front desk to the beautiful beach. The concierge was very helpful in setting up a snorkeling trip with Maui Magic. The unit is exactly as described, the views are terrific, everything worked as advertised and the unit was fully equipped with the exception of a coffee grinder. Dealing with the owner was flawless and he is very responsive. The lanai is always (in November) in the shade, if you want sun, a unit on the other side of the building is required. There is plenty of sun at the beach and pool, for us the shaded .patio was desirable. Thanks to everyone at The Whaler.
