Custom Built Home with private yard and beautifully landscaped.
The house is situated on a corner lot and a larger size yard for what is typical in Naushop. Walk to the pool and tennis courts in 2 minutes and the bike paths and public transportation within 3 minutes. This location is ideal, with the airport, grocery stores and more all within a short distance. The house has been renovated since it was built in 2001 and has all modern amenities, including a lower level apartment with separate kitchenette, bathroom and living quarters for in-laws or au-pair, or a teenager needing space. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor of the house, one king, one queen and one full size bed, and another full bathroom with office on the first floor, offering sliding door access to the beautiful backyard and stone patio (with sitting area, exterior dining table, sitting chairs an outdoor grill and Green Egg smoker). We are in a quiet cul-de-sac location with a decent mix of year round folks and vacationers. Custom landscape by owner, and weekly maintenance of the tall and private hedges, and lawn. Trash pick up weekly. Please see photos.

We had an awesome time!
My extended family and I spent a week at the house in August and we had a terrific time. The house is charming, the yard is wonderful and private, and the location is great. Close to good restaurants, grocery store, etc. Also, just a bike ride away from the island's best beach. Will definitely go back.
Feels like home
We've rented this property for a few seasons now and every stay has been fantastic. Property has all the comforts of home and is in a great location (midisland). Close to town by car and right on bike path and also easy to get to other points on island. Homeowners are wonderful. Definitely recommend this property!
A great home!! Everything you needed for a perfect long weekend. Very comfortable and nicely decorated, loved the patio. Owners were great to deal with and could not have been more accommodating.

The house was clean and well laid out. The Landlord was very responsive to a minor issue during our stay. We couldn't have asked for better service. The backyard setting was was wonderful. The basement "apartment" was ideal for our teenagers. Would be a sure 5 star rating is it had an outdoor shower. We really wished there was one when we returned from the beach. Otherwise an absolutely adorable home.
Thank you very much, and I agree about the outdoor shower! WE have tried to come up with ways to add one over the years, and the separate entrance to the lower level apartment gets in the way, so it is not an option, unfortunately! Thank you again for staying with us!

We LOVED 63 Goldfinch...great location and all the wares were of the very highest quality. Great master bedroom and such a comfortable family room. Owners did all the right things building this property. Breakfast at the island, cocktails on the private backyard patio and dinner at some of the islands great restaurants.
This was a wonderful vacation. The house is beautiful. Close to everything! The owners are great they were very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the end of June and felt the house met all of our needs. The basement suite is great for the teenagers! It gave them their own space with their own entrance. I would definitely recommend this home to any family. The pool and community tennis was a great added bonus.
Naushop neighborhood has children's and adult pool, shuffleboard and tennis all within 1/10 of a mile. The Old South Road bike path is .2 miles down the road for walking, running or cycling to anywhere on the island. If you would like to take public transportation, the Wave (Nantucket very affordable public transportation buses) can pick you up .2 miles from the house. Many beaches within distance of a longer walk or bike ride. Large grocery store is within less than 1.5 miles, convenience store .3 miles up the road. A great location for recreational folks! Naushop is a summer-time neighborhood with many vacation rentals around!

Owners live on island. Pets are negotiable with 10% addtl deposit based on booking fee and also based on conversation with owner of animal. Out of respect for neighbors, quiet dogs only.
