Property type house
Minimum Stay 3 - 7 nights

About the property

3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6

Bright Hill Cottage is a Spacious Well Appointed Home with every convenience. It's Beautifully Decorated and Sleeps 6 Comfortably. There is 75 feet of Lakefront with a dock, and a Cabana that has a half bath, fridge, sink, and tons of water toys. The main house has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms, a Large open air deck on the front overlooking Canandaigua Lake. The Front Solarium has 180 degrees of working windows and the same stunning views of the lake and hills. The back yard is very large, and is wooded at the top of the hill. There is also a small patio out the back door equipped with a gas grill. I could go on forever, but I think I will let the pictures tell the story. Sit back, relax, and enjoy. Hope to talk with you soon. Sincerely, Pauline

Why Pauline Puccia-Hubschman chose Canandaigua

I fell in love with this particular property because if the stunning views, the 75 feet of lake front, and because of the close proximity to town.

Guestbook comments from the owner

My family and I had a wonderful time at Bright Hill Cottage. Pauline was very gracious, answered all our questions, and meet all our needs. The cottage was immaculate, and very comfortable. We felt right at home from the moment we walked thru the door. The Waterfront was equipped with everything we could have asked for, and the views from the house and from the lakefront are stunning. I hope to rent from Pauline again next summer.

Great House!!

  • 5 of 5

My husband, six month old daughter, myself and both sets of our parents stayed here and absolutely loved it. The house was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We've rented many houses over the years and this one had the most amenities by far. I cannot say enough great things about this house and we hope to return. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!!!

Beautiful home by the lake!

  • 5 of 5

Our family had THE best time here. The home is beautifully decorated, and very clean. The home is cozy and airy all in one and the view breathtaking! And the boat house area has everything you need to enjoy the lakes. I grew up near this lake and this house is as good as gets! Whenever I am back east I will try to rent this home. They have lots of things for kids to do and kayaking, paddle boarding till your hearts content, and mine was content.
