This spacious and updated townhouse has everything you need for a quick weekend visit or months long stay. Conveniently located near the intersections of Shea and Scottsdale roads. Everything is nearby and great amenities are within walking distance including restaurants and grocery. Easy access to both Old Town and North Scottsdale. Phoenix Sky Harbor airport is a quick 20 minute drive with no traffic.

The split level floor plan is single story (no stairs) and provides unique privacy for guests as each bedroom is separated by a 60 foot hallway. The center part of the house contains formal dining, living area and kitchen. Vaulted ceilings throughout create an open and airy space turning the 1200 square feet of livable area into a much larger feeling domain.

The master bedroom contains a king size bed with luxurious bedding, private bath and shower along with walk in cedar lined closet. It also has access to a private patio through locking patio doors.

The second bedroom contains a queen size bed with luxurious bedding, private bath and cedar lined closets.

A fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters allow for cooking that gourmet or simple meal when going out on the town sounds like too much work. The patio adjacent to the living area has a propane gas grill for those looking to barbecue on certain low-key nights.

The comfortable sectional couch and 50 in. Plasma TV create an inviting and cozy atmosphere for movie watching or playing board games.

Last but not least, the Pool and Jacuzzi round out a resort style complex without the hustle and bustle people or tourists roaming about. You will not find a more quiet place to relax, take a load off and enjoy the desert southwest at such an affordable price.

Why D R chose Scottsdale

I purchased this property because of its unique layout. The vaulted ceilings and split level floor plan create a cozy yet private environment within the unit. Rarely listed for sale, the community comprises working adults and snowbirds; not the rowdy bar hoping crowds of old town. You'll be amazed how quiet the unit is, no one residing above you. The grounds are meticulously groomed and the oasis like Pool and Jacuzzi offer a place to cool off in the warmer months or relax during the cooler winter nights.

Shea and Scottsdale are the ideal cross roads for quick access to the greatest parts of Scottsdale Arizona. Fabulous dining and shopping to the north, nightlife, entertainment and fabulous dining to the south.

The areas many golf courses are short drives away. The spring training ball parks and casinos are also close by. Extremely close to the home are dry cleaners, wine shop, Safeway and a multitude of restaurants. Starbucks and Walgreens are short walks up the street.

A Harkins movie theatre is around the corner, grab a slice or whole pizza on your way.

Great location, Comfortable, clean, quiet neighborhood

We went to Scottsdale for medical reasons and we stayed here for a month and felt at home!

The apartment is beautiful, practical, clean and comfortable.

The location is unbeatable, is within a walking distance to restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, gas stations, groceries, etc

Dave is a very kind person, whenever we needed help, he quickly solved the issue.

We would definitely recommend this place, we know we'll stay there in our next visit =)

Very impressed with the location and comfort of the home. Stayed with another couple and always had hot water and functioning AC. Home was equipped with anything we needed and the complex was quiet as represented. Thank you David!

Simply awesome!

We want to thank David for sharing his wonderful townhouse with us. He was a pleasure to work with - all communication was prompt and professional. My husband and I rented this property for a week. From the moment we arrived it felt like home!

The community is very quiet and there is ample parking. The townhouse is comfortable, well-maintained and very clean. There are plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils to prepare meals. Lots of towels and the beds are super comfortable, too!

It is a fabulous location just minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, gyms and other shopping. It is also very close to main highways, golfing and Camelback Mountain. Two restaurants in the area that we really enjoyed are Scottsdale Beer Company and Bootleggers.

We definitely recommend this property and hope to be back again very soon!

Great location

My wife and I spent a month in this property. You can't beat the location near Shea and Scottsdale Road. Many restaurant choices nearby and a wonderful YMCA a block away that we joined for the month. Only negative was the patios are very small and not very usable. The property is well equipped and stocked. We would recommend and would stay again.

Nice and comfy

My husband and I stayed in this condo for our wedding anniversary for 8 days. We chose it based on the positive reviews received and for the peace and tranquility of the location. It was exactly as described. We arrived very late so it was a bit difficult locating the building in the dark. Once we did, we were very comfortable. We went out later to pick up a few groceries, etc. and settled in for the evening. The only quirkiness was the kitchen lights that are controlled with a halogen system. My husband and I like to cook occasionally, so this was a challenge if we were in the kitchen for any length of time. When the lights went off, we had to wait at least 15 minutes for them to cool off. The other thing was the pool being very cold. Other than that, we were very content. I would highly recommend.

Owner's Response: Thanks again for staying! Appreciate you taking care of the property while in use. I want to reiterate my mentioning of the kitchen lights in the email I sent before your arrival. If arriving guests do not take the time to read the hints and tips I have carefully thought of, surprises await. Your frustration could have likely been avoided. It is true leaving the lights on in the kitchen while driving about town to run errands will force the lights off. They will not stay on for hours without end. It would be rare if ever for them to shut off during any normal use of the kitchen.
