We stayed with our family of four for a week in July 2016 and loved all the spaciousness and comfort. New kitchen and updated two bathrooms. Wonderful view of the pristine lakeshore from the cabin living room, upper bedrooms and front deck. Lovely breeze flows through the cabin with the new windows strategically placed up and down. Sanding beach and new dock big enough for a couple of boats. We will be back next summer.
The cabin is located near the Brule River, an excellent fishing and canoeing river. Canoe rentals are available in Brule WI. It is 80 minutes from Bayfield WI and the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore Park. The tallest waterfalls in WI are at Pattison Park 43 minutes (34 miles) away on Highway 35 as well as Amnicon Falls State Park off of Highway 2 on County U, 20 miles away or 15 minutes. The cabin is in the beautiful north woods of Wisconsin. You can travel to see many special spots or just enjoy the lake and the loons and eagles that come to visit.
