The unit is a PRIZE. This beachfront condo is a one floor unit on level 2 with 2 bedrooms, two baths, a spacious den, a full kitchen and dining room, and TWO balconies. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and cable TV + DVD and the master bath boasts a tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom has one queen bed. Both bedrooms, the dining room, and den have balcony access. Den has full sofa bed and cable TV + DVD/VRC. Tiled floors are throughout the open floor plan unit. Trash service, tennis courts, pool, private beach access, hot tub, fitness center, and business center are included. The ocean is just steps away and there are umbrellas and comfortable lounging chair available for rent. Enjoy renting kayaks, sailboats, paddle boats, and beach bicycles RIGHT ON THE BEACH. The Beach Club is a gated resort with round the clock security. It is located just minutes from the St. Simons Village, featuring local shopping and restaurants.

About Anita Dasher

We are a beach-loving family forced to live inland! We own a family business, G & R Farms, the world's oldest grower and shipper of the famous Vidalia Onions. We have two daughters, ages 17 and 14, who are involved in competitive cheerleading so we spend a LOT of time in the car. We co-own our little slice of Paradise at SSI with my husband's mother, who has been vacationing at SSI since she was a small child. We are only 1 1/2 hours away so we spend a great deal of time on the island and it IS our happy place.

We bought our first unit at the Beach Club in 2003. We chose the Beach Club because of the location, the price, the great reviews, and the family atmosphere. We immediately began looking for a unit closer to the ocean, and were very fortunate to come across 228, which we fell in love with on site! The view and proximity to the ocean and the pool and courtyard were the main selling points.

What makes this condo unique

You can spend the moments just before you go to bed and just after you awaken on the private balcony with the sights AND sounds AND feel of the ocean.

Great view! Perfect for relaxation and enjoying the ocean!

Everything about this condo is perfect for enjoying the ocean and all that Saint Simons has to offer! Spent hours enjoying the two balconies and relaxing on the beach or pool side. Many superb restaurants nearby! Our son enjoyed fishing in the surf and on the pier with the locals as he has for many years.

Well worth the year wait to come back!!

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely week at the Beach Club #228. This was our 5th trip to SSI and our 2nd time staying at the BC.

We've stayed in the Village and on East Beach and prefer East Beach so we can walk directly to the beach for our sunrise walks. BC is the perfect place to do just that.

#228 was everything the description said it was. By far, the best view we've ever had. The unit was clean and updated. I saw where someone complained about the coffeemaker.. Really, you are on Island Time, flip it on as soon as you get up and it's ready when you are walking out the door to walk the beach. The only negative I would say is if there were more people than just my husband and me, there wouldn't have been enough closet space due to the master closet being locked. There are lots of drawers to put clothes in. We don't bring many things to the beach because we utilize the washer and dryer. Which are very nice. SSI is very casual so no need for dress up clothes. Also, the master king bed was very comfortable.

I get up before sunrise to enjoy listening to the waves. Same thing at night, I stay up reading and enjoying the cooler air and the waves. Usually, being by the pool isn't a great thing because of the noise. At the BC they close the pool at 10:00 and monitor to be sure people don't get in. It makes it very nice for those with condo's near the pool. Also a plus is there are enough owners on site who make sure the beach gate is closed and things in general are running as they should.

The owners were easy to work with. We would totally rent this condo again.

Worth the long wait for vacation!

In July my husband and I spent a lovely week in SSI at the Beach Club. This was our second time to stay at the BC. It was our 5th trip to SSI.

We love this location because it is right on the beach. This condo gives us the view of the ocean that we love. I spent many early mornings on the balcony listening to the waves. The pool is right by the condo. The management is very good about keeping people out of the pool after hours. No late night noise.

The condo is clean and well equipped. The owners were very easy to work with.

The master bed was a king and very comfortable. The second bedroom was a full bed. However, the only closet was the one in the second bedroom. The others were locked.

They had a nice washer and dryer which was new and a nice size. The air conditioner worked really well.

We would totally stay in this condo again.

Beautiful View of the Ocean

We have stayed in the Beach Club many times and this unit has a great view of the ocean sitting in the Living room and even laying in the Master Bedroom.We have stayed in units that were more up to date with decorating and newer kitchens but we picked this one to be able to sit and look out at the ocean .Every thing was nice and clean and we had every thing we needed. The only thing that was a negative was that the closet in the Master was locked and the only place to hang clothes was in the other bedroom or on hooks on the wall,but since there were just two of us it was not a problem to go to the other bedroom and use that closet.We would stay here again because of the view and the price.This unit also listed it as having a full size bed in the 2nd bedroom but I think it is a Queen ,so that will work for more people.

Wonderful condo-Good location and great view of the ocean.

Condo was as advertised. Parking on ground floor. Back stairs up to condo very convenient. Two bedrooms and baths. Really great view of the ocean from den area. All in all, a great condo to rent. We will definitely rent it again.
