I bought this property in 2003. I like the location and an old charm of this house. The street is very quiet.

Comfortable for a short stay in the city
I stayed at this property for five days whilst on business at the University of Toronto. It is close to a bus stop going pretty well direct to the university. The property is as shown in the description. It is on the top floor so be prepared for two flights of stairs. There are two supermarkets within a short walk. As a place to stay while visiting the city or doing business it works very well. I would happily stay there again.
Very nice spot, thumbs up. Nice man, great stay
Highly recommend it, great place
Awesome people, clean and comfortable place, good location! Thank you and we will be back! :)
Excellent place to stay
We enjoyed our stay in this quiet house downtown Toronto. It is small for a familly with 3 teenagers but clean and perfect for our needs. Bus stop near the house and a beautifull terrasse with a view on the CN tower. Don't forget to buy a "Guest parking permit" on the Toronto city website, it is not expensive and it allows to park in the house neighborhood. We found a parking every time in front of the house.
great place to stay
i stayed here with my daughter-in-law and grandson while my grandson had eye surgery. Our stay was great, very clean, and the apartment was convenient to public transportation, grocery store and laundromat. Because we had to stay for a few days it was wonderful to have a balcony to relax on and a BBQ to cook our supper with. It would be very challenging for people that have issues with stairs, there are two sets of stairs and they are fairly steep. This was a bonus for us tho because it was a good workout.
I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Toronto
Cozy nest on Marchmount Rd
Really quiet street. My family liked the green environment of this neighborhood. The view from the terrace was enjoyable. Beds were comfortable. They appreciated the quantity of towels for the bathroom and the fact that some items were provided for the first breakfast. It was very clean. The internet worked well. The location was convenient for public transportation.
