Ideally located 2 bedroom, two bath condo in Cabo San Lucas. We are just five minutes from downtown Cabo and within three minutes of Walmart and Costco. The view of the Sea of Cortez and the city lights from our living room, deck and pool area is beautiful. Our complex has a BBQ and viewing area on our roof top Palapa and we also have a BBQ in our unit for guests to use on our private patio.
The condo is well equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, satellite TV, a local phone and WIFI. The kitchen has everything you need to allow you to enjoy the view and dining in the privacy of your own 'home'.

We have been coming to Cabo for over 20 years, we purchased our beautiful home in the gated community of Santa Carmela in 2003. We have five grown children and 11 grandchildren. Our oldest daughter lives in Cabo with her husband and three children. The remainder of our kids and grand kids live in Oregon, as do we. Cabo is our travel destination to get away to the sunshine during the gloomy winter months in Oregon. There is no place on earth we have found that has the weather, fishing, golf and other outdoor activities available year around

In our opinion, there is not a place in the world that has to offer what Cabo has to offer. The tip of the Baja has possibly the best, most reliable weather of any region of the world. Having the Pacific Ocean on one side and the Sea of Cortez on the other makes Cabo one of the best blue water fishing destinations in the world. There is miles and miles of beautiful beaches, several world class golf courses and unlimited outdoor recreation with in minutes from our beautiful villa. The town of Cabo San Lucas is only minutes from our condo and has wonderful restaurants, night life and shopping available.
From our condo, you will enjoy beautiful views of Lands End, the Sea of Cortez and the town of Cabo San Lucas. There are three swimming beaches within a 5 minutes of our condo. Our location I ideal for access to shopping, groceries, dining and the night life of Cabo.

A large two bedroom condo. So great that it had two washrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. Loved that it had a washer and dryer. You do need a car as it is a king walk to the main highway. Close to Costco for groceries. Jackie, the owner, was very quick at replying to questions. The condo is a little hard to find at night for the first time. We would stay here again.
I stayed at this condo with my daughter, son in law and granddaughter in Mar 2016. The condo was better than the pictures indicated. The view wasn't as good from the condo as expected but it was excellent from the pool 50 feet away. The interior was large, clean and well adorned. The pool was excellent and usually we had it to ourselves. We met several owners of other units in this 12 unit complex and they were all friendly. The owner Jacki got back to me within 24 hrs on several inquires. I have already recommended this condo to friends and family and will come back myself. You do require a car if you wish to get around but for me that is usually the case where ever I stay.
This condo is great. Safe location, about a mile from the beach. The view from the hill that the condo is on is gorgeous. This condo has an amazing king size bed with wonderful linens. The kitchen has everything you need, I baked a wedding cake there. You need a car to get to town and other beaches, this is the reason for the 4 stars, since it is not in the beach. We loved our stay and will be back again. The weather was so good, we never needed air conditioning, which was so nice to have the big screen doors open and feel the breeze. The condo was very spacious and in a nice quiet and safe location. There was plenty of space for 4 people with comfortable accommodations. Although it would be a reasonably easy walk to get to the bus I was very glad that we had a rental car during our stay. We quickly realized that we enjoyed not staying in the middle of downtown Cabo (to busy for us to be in 24/7), but having a car to get to the downtown area along with other places was great. It was quick and easy to get to Walmart to grab groceries as needed as we did some of our cooking in the condo.
We found the parking in downtown Cabo was reasonably easy to find and once we became familiar with the driving, it was easy to navigate the area.

This property was wonderful - very clean, 2 bedrooms/2 baths. Unit situated with 12 other similar units - all very tidy and clean. This is a great unit for a couple/family but because of its location, having transportation is strongly advised. My wife and I started off (for 2 of the 8 weeks we stayed here) without a car and the walk to the main road in order to get local transportation, takes approx 10 minutes. We did end up renting a car for the remainder of the time we were there. The owner (Jackie Lewis) was great to deal with and promply responded to any emails we sent her. We have zero regrets staying here and feel its a great place to endorse.
Cabo San Lucas is a very unique and special spot located at the very tip of the Baja peninsula. Many feel that Cabo San Lucas and this part of the Baja has the best weather of anyplace in the world. The Baja offers some of the best blue water fishing in the world along with world class golf, unlimited recreation opportunities and water sports, superb dining opportunities and miles and miles of beautiful beaches.
Our Condo is ideally located just 5 minutes from downtown Cabo, 5 min from Costco and Walmart and many other restaurants, markets, etc.... Recreation, beaches and the main harbor in Cabo are all within 5 to 6 minutes of our condo.
