Great location! Georgeous views. All the details were Taken care of and clearly explained by Viktor. We would rent here again the next time we are lucky enough to be in Breckinridge!

Perfect Place for a Stay in Breck

The unit was well equipped and very neat and clean. Location was terrific, we never needed our car as we could walk to everything downtown. plenty spacious for two adults and could have worked for two more children or adults easily. We absolutely plan on staying here next time we are in Breckenridge!

Great condo!

We just spent a great week at this condo. It was a very comfortable, roomy space for our family of four. Very clean and up-to-date . The kitchen is well-equipped with any dish or utensil you might need. We were happy to find the basics like salt and pepper, oil, sugar, and detergent as well. It made shopping easier. We loved the location.. It was our first trip to Breckenridge and the whole family loved it. If we go back, we'd definitely choose this condo again

Prime location & view for best rate!

I feel like I looked at every Breck. condo on VRBO & hit on this one at least 5 times before I pulled the trigger & booked. I wasn't disappointed. My husband & I went to Breckenridge in august for 5 days. We couldn't have asked for a more convenient location or a better view. We left the patio door open most of the time to enjoy the fresh air & the Blue River which runs directly to the east of the unit. No morning or evening was complete without "patio time". We really enjoyed being able to walk around town without breaking a sweat or getting in the car. The gondola (free) runs from 9-6 & is only a 10 minute max walk. (this is at Breck stroll pace) We only went one place for breakfast treats - right across the bridge behind the unit (1 min) to "Cool River" coffee house. Pastries galore & all homemade, lovely quiche + super strong lattes to open the eyes. They also make fabulous sandwiches & wraps at lunchtime. The complex was quiet, never heard or saw another occupant. Had dinner at both the Dredge & the mexican restaurant right next to the unit & enjoyed both. Viktor has a re-haul of the unit planned & we can't wait to check it out next summer! Husband & I both agreed we didn't stay further up the mountain - in town was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies although we only used the Kurig for hot water for tea. (I don't cook on vacation!) Received my security deposit back within 2 days of leaving. Thanks Viktor for a fabulous place & keeping it reasonable so we could eat out every night! Hope to be back next summer for sure!

Fantastic Location, So-So Accommodation

My husband and I stayed here with our two sons (ages 3 and 4). I'll start by saying we couldn't have asked for a better location. Our view was beautiful, as it overlooked the river with mountains in the backdrop. We were just steps from a ton of restaurants and shops on Main Street, and not far from Peak 9 where we had easy access to family-friendly hikes.

However, we weren't quite as impressed with the actual condo. After informing Viktor with a list of our concerns, he told me they were planning a renovation in August (we stayed over 4th of July). If that's the case, this place will soon be excellent. Until then, here were some of the issues:

- No blinds! It looks like there were blinds on the windows and doors in the main living area at some point, but they've come down. That early-morning sunrise was rough.

- Pull-out couch felt like it was about to collapse. Luckily, our sons are 3 and 4, so they're light and can sleep anywhere, but if an adult tried to use it, I'd be worried.

- The main bed bowed -- I felt like I was going to roll off all night. Hopefully that's on the list of updates.

- The oven and stove had to be at least 20 years old, and you couldn't tell what the temp on the oven was. Our cooking was limited to a "guess and test" method. Again, thankful we only had to satisfy a 3 and 4 year old -- the frozen pizzas turned out okay.

- The upstairs toilet was running when we got there. This was quickly fixed after notifying the owner.

Despite a less-than-perfect condo, we had a great trip and we're so happy we stayed in such a convenient location. If the necessary updates are made, we'd consider staying here again.
