Great condo in a great location. Very cozy and clean. Parked the car when we arrived and we were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go.

Extremely convenient location!

Great location to the slopes! We stayed here over spring break and were able to park in the garage, and then walk to everything. We used the ski rental company in the building, and then walked to ski as well as eat/drink on main street. Viktor was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Fantastic Location, Nice Property

I will begin with stating that working with Viktor was very easy and a pleasure. The local contact was also very responsive and helpful. This property is a perfect location, i.e. walk out the front door, across the street, and you are at the Peak 9 ski slopes, or walk out the back door, across a beautiful Creek, and you are on Main Street. There are also ski rentals, with storage, and a good Mexican Restaurant in the building. While the property was older, it seemed well maintained, and had good parking as well. It also had limited access. The Loft Unit provided ample space for our group of 3, and was well equipped with nice bathrooms and a smaller, but very workable kitchen. My daughter loved the sofa bed as it was very comfortable. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because I believe it would be nicer with some additional storage, as we had to live out of suitcases, and I thought the breakfast room was a little overcrowded with furniture. However, I also contacted Viktor after our trip and have no doubt he will address and resolve this issue, recognizing others may not have an issue with these matters. If we go back to Breckenridge, this will be the first place I will be looking to stay.

Great location! Georgeous views. All the details were Taken care of and clearly explained by Viktor. We would rent here again the next time we are lucky enough to be in Breckinridge!

Perfect Place for a Stay in Breck

The unit was well equipped and very neat and clean. Location was terrific, we never needed our car as we could walk to everything downtown. plenty spacious for two adults and could have worked for two more children or adults easily. We absolutely plan on staying here next time we are in Breckenridge!
