Yes, this is the actual view from the deck. NO ADDITIONAL VRBO FEES YET UNTIL MARCH. PUSH CONTACT OWNER. Fantastic 1 bedroom condo in luxury complex with 5 pools/spas! Unit is 3rd floor facing the golf course and Mummy Mtn. No additional VRBO Service charge when you pay me directly.l You won't believe the view! Unit is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday including 50 inch flat screen with DVR/DVD player, 200 channels, wireless internet, telephone with US and Canadian calling plan for calls to Canada, office desk, fully equipped kitchen with all the electrics/ serving items/gadgets you could want, plus seasonings, and paper goods.

In April 2015, new living room group from Lazy Boy with power sofa recliner and recliner loveseat, new tables, accent rugs, new bath vanity lites, and faucets Unit is a one bedroom with king size bed, and walk-in closet and has 2 large slider doors for access to the patio. There are many restaurants within walking distance, and a major mall is across the street with Macy's, Penney's, Dillards and even a Costco that sells gas. There is lots to do in the area including the art galleries, hiking, golf, shopping and just about everything you could want - all 10-20 minutes or less away.

The pool at the bottom of my unit is one of the best in the complex due to it's setting along the golf course with the view of it and the mountains. Just take the elevator down and walk a few steps and you are there. There is also a fitness center by the main pool area for your usage. There are many seasonal visitors, so you can be as social as you choose to be here. My unit is away from the streets so it is quiet and peaceful with the view from the patio that is equipped with a patio set for dining or relaxing. The kitchen is large and includes, full size fridge, stainless steel oven and microwave, dishwater and deep double sink. I have granite counters to add to the decor, and a counter height dining table that seats 4-6. A trip here will not disappoint and sure to have you counting the days till your return! I live in the area, so am able to get down to the unit quickly should you require something.

Beautiful apartment, beautiful stay!

I rented this apartment for my son and his fiancee last month and it was a wonderful experience for them from start to finish. Marsha is a lovely person who makes everything very easy. The balcony is fabulous with a beautiful quiet serene view. It is a classy place and very nicely and comfortably furnished. This is a very tranquil place yet if you want activity you can just cross the street! They felt absolutely safe in this complex and immediate area. Right across the street is a mall, and all around the apartment are so many options to buy whatever you might need. My son and his fiancee especially loved the Half Priced Books store right across the street and Target. Many, many restaurants to pick from so very close by! What a perfect place for them to stay while they waited for their house to open up. Thank you Marsha for a beautiful stay! Diana

These condos are across the street from Costco a mall and plenty of restaurants.There is a bike path along the golf course so you can go out you r front door and there it is.Marsha is absolutely wonderful to deal with.Her condo is spotless and we return year after year.There are 5 pools in the complex so lots of choices for your fun in the sun.The view from Marshas condo is spectacular and a great place to eat your meals ,and have happy hour.We are returning next year and can hardly wait. GK

Wonderful Condo

Wonderful Owners and condo with a terrific view. Unit is located directly across from the elevator. Nicely furnished, very comfortable, very clean, nice amenities and fully stocked for our arrival/ stay. The building is ideally located within the complex and the view from the condo of the golf course and mountains is exceptional. The complex is well maintained, near stores, shopping center and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay so much that we reserved the condo for next year.

Excellent unit and excellent complex

This is our third year here, and by far the best. Our property owner didn't miss a thing in the unit that one would need. It's decorated beautiful, the bed is awesome. We have a beautiful view!!! The grounds are very well kept, and so are the pools. Fitness center has all new equipment. The complex is located nice and close to everything. We are definitely returning next year.

Thankyou Marsha for sharing your wonderful condo.It was so comfortable and had everything we needed.Glad to meet you personally and can hardly wait to return next year.The view from the balcony is so beautiful and eating out there was a joy.The hardest part of the vacation was deciding which pool to go to seeing there are 5.Loved the parking spot because our car was always in the shade.What more could a girl want with a shopping mall across the street.See you next year.

Most comfortable

We enjoyed this unit as it is the most comfortable one we have ever rented. Quality furnishings and a beautiful view of the mountains. Also, enjoyed being on the golf course. Marsha was great to work with, made sure from the first day that we had everything we needed. We have already booked the unit for next year. The stay was great!

Anasazi Village is the perfect location. It is across from the Paradise Valley Mall with Macy's, Penny's, Dillards and Costco! There are several restaurants within walking distance such as Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, Longhorn Steakhouse, Red Lobster, and several pubs and pizza establishments. Tj Maxx, and Ross and others are here too. It really is a shoppers paradise. There are 3 major grocery stores within 1 mile (Albertson's, Fry's and Walmart) - takes just minutes to get to everything you need. The 51 freeway is 5 minutes away to explore other parts of the valley. If you choose to go to Scottsdale, you can get to Old Town and the Arts district in 10 minutes or less. This complex is central to all that a vacationer will want to see and do in the area. The Botanical Garden and Zoo are a 20 drive from the unit, the Glendale and Peoria sports complexes are 30 minutes. Should you decide to go for a hike into the desert many trails are within 15 minutes or less to get to. My unit fronts the Stone creek Golf Course and you can walk the golf course path to the clubhouse for a round of golf. The unit has a travel binder in it with several brochures of things to see in do in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area or the outlying historical areas.
