Small cottage with Queen size bed. Large sunny deck with BBQ overlooking Hyacinthe bay creek and ocean. Fire pit by the creek for cooking oysters that you gathered from the beach earlier that day. When the tide is out it is great to check out all the different sea creatures. In the fall over 2000 fish spawned in this creek. It is an amazing experience. We are fully contained dishes/bedding/towels. Large garden for fresh veggies. 😍
My Husband Bill and I (Barb) raised our 4 boys on this beautiful property that has been in the family for 40 years. We grow most of our food in our large organic garden. We have 2 dogs , a Husky and a Pug.
Barbara Frank / Bill Dubois purchased this cottage in 1970
Creek side view and beach for swimming or gathering oysters and clams.Great hiking trails near. Fantastic bird watching. Near to local golf course. Large organic garden to share with renters.
The beach is great for swimming collecting sea food and exploring all the sea creatures. The creek is a salmon spawning creek. Lweots of wild life and birds live along side the creek. You get to enjoy the best of both Creek and Beach.
What a sweet spot! I was riveted to the great deck overlooking the creek, listening to and watching the kingfishers, ravens and other large birds - something between a crazy barnyard and a monkey house! I laughed out loud. What a lovely spot to laze with a book, have a drink and a chat. The owners have cleared a walking path through the forested property that is a shady, cool respite from the sun. The cabin is clean and well-appointed, and all anyone could need. Thank you for a lovely long weekend!
